Rack of Pork Ribs comes cut so each rib is separate. Cooked and smoked perfect to be tender and juicy and fall off the bone. Pulled Pork Sandwich is served when you take it out all separate so that the bun doesn’t get soggy. Pulled Pork is tender and juicy and smoked perfect bbq sauce is sweet with a little tang. Really nice selection of meats and sausage that you can either cook at home or they will cook it for you on the spot. Service is wonderful and staff is very friendly. I definitely will be back.

Always loved this place in the past. Order a whole cooked tri tip and a large vegetable salad for $46. Salad was awesome but tri tip was horrible. Too much fat for me and it tasted funny. I went back to question it and was told it a preferred cut. Well that preferred cut made me sick and my dog too. Bought it before and have always been happy, not sure what happened this time.

This place is actually a butchers shop with a deli like grill. They have a lot of good cuts. They carry wagyu. I bought thier 3lb tomahawk wagyu for around $50. It was a great tasting meat. You can buy your steak here and have them grill it up for you. They make really good deli sandwiches. They carry bores head. It’s a pretty cool place. The meats are a little more expensive than your local supermarket but if your looking for wagyu in the Whittier area, this is a good choice.
