Really wanted to like this restaurant but it seems they can’t get it together. Even after 1 month after their soft opening, they still don’t have the full menu available. Went on the first day they open and the AC is out. I get it, it wasn’t their fault. We went back again for their ‘grand’ opening and the full menu was not available, only limited menu. The beef broth was ok, the stone bowl was way too small once you started adding the ingredients. Today, we came back and the meat was cut with the grain which made it extremely tough to chew and tasted ‘stale’. There are also a bunch of flies hanging around while we were eating so it was rather annoying having to shoo them away. While I do love the presentation of the food, the taste was just not there. I also didn’t like the fact that there are fees for using the credit card, doesn’t make any sense to make the customers pay that when there are so many other restaurants that do not charge and their prices are a lot more reasonable! Three strikes and you’re OUT!

Fantastic experience. Bahn mi + stone pho. Both items were delicious, and the service was great. First time having stone pho, but I’ve had bahn mi’s from many different restaurants and I can say this one was top notch! Thanks ooolala stone pho. We will be back for sure.

Pho broth is definitely better than most offered in the Wichita area and a new experience for pho lovers. Friendly staff. Will be one of the top vietnamese cuisines in the area for sure.

I was a bit weary of the quality considering other reviews, but my parents and I were treated to delicious broths in both the regular pho and the stone pho. The stone pot kept the pho piping hot as you eat, which we think would be perfect during the cold season.

I wish I could say this place has good potential but it really doesn’t, especially with our experience. The waiter was all over the place from the start. I do not like being given the tab when I just got my food. If you want us to pay beforehand, just be straight up and tell us and stop hovering around the table. The large pho was too small to be $15… that’s ridiculous. I gave this place a two star because the broth wasn’t the best nor the worse I’ve had before. Another thing that I did not like that just upsets me is that when I told the server to keep the change for his tip not a thank you, just an okay… are you kidding me?! And when we left, he didn’t even say good bye or thank you to us, nor did anyone else for that matter. Train the servers properly, otherwise the business won’t last long, especially when they’re the ones serving the customers.

Wife and kids had Pho, it was really good they all ate it up and kids finished their food which is a statement all to itself. I have grilled pork chop with rice and egg rolls also very good. I’d say it’s top two Vietnamese restaurants in the city, on this day anyway. Was our first time and we will be back.

I enjoy the experience of hot stone bowl. The pho broth is good. This is a new restaurant so they do have some area to work on, but i think they will get better and better. The staffs are nice and attentive. I would recommend this place.

I got a small pho with steak and meatballs and a water to drink. I waited for 45 minutes for my food and I was by myself. I know I ordered a small but for 14.50 it was definitely not worth it. There was so much oil in my food and very little noodles. My check came 5 minutes after I got my food and the waiter asked if I wanted to leave a tip and stood there till I gave him my card. If you’re looking for a nice and affordable pho place, I recommend Pho Cao. They have friendly and fast service with great food and a nice atmosphere.

I was excited to try the stone pho. At $20, it’s a pretty steep option. The amount of meat they give you is excellent, but I thought the soup itself was just ok. It was not served with bean sprouts, lime, and thai basil either. After about 15 minutes, the broth was cool enough that it could be eaten like a regular bowl of pho, which begs the question, what exactly is the point of the stone bowl? If I go back, I will probably opt for the pho not served in the stone bowl.
