A little bit pricey but amazing comfort food and the portions kinda make up for the price! I got the loco moco and my friend got the chicken katsu and pork dish. All in all a pretty good meal

I had a little trouble finding this place since there isn’t a sign outside that distinguishes it. However, I just used the general location that Google had for the business which allowed me to find it. It’s tucked into a modern and cozy food hall. I was really digging the space which also had a bar and a variety of different seating arrangements.

Sister in law was in town and we wanted something new. Decided to change it up with Katsu that I enjoy. The Katsu was very crispy and juicy. My wife loves pulled pork and her Kalua pork was too her liking. My sister in law had the Poke which she enjoys and was not disappointed. Overall everything was very good and the portion size is large. Enough for leftovers! The one surprise that we all enjoyed was the Hurricane Fries. The sauce was very good. The only disappointment was that they ran out of short ribs but would still recommend eating here.

The go to place to hang out in downtown warehoused district Minneapolis. Plenty of food, bar to choose. The outdoor seating is really nice when the weather is behaving. We came here for OHP; craving for hamburger loco moco. Boy, I was not disappointed with the size, the taste and the service. My wife order chicken Katsu and island teriyaki chicken combo. Super good, the sauce for both chicken really compliment the overall taste of the meal.

Food was excellent! Closest thing I could get tasting like Hawaii so we went to try it out. We ordered the chicken katsu (the sauce was tangy, not a fan) and kalua pork combo, garlic shrimp (scrumptious and flavorful) and bbq chicken combo, the fries (tad on the sweeter side) and the loco moco. Not disappointed at all. Food and service was great.

Nice place in Northloop. I got the pork Kahula Loc Moco and it hit the spot. Definitely one of my favorites now. Need to come back and try the other food on the menu. Atmosphere was vibing with alot of people. There’s a bar in the middle for beers & drinks. Just have to pay for parking that’s about it.

Wooooooo I was in Maui last year and missed the local cuisine, wonderful to get a taste of the real deal here! Nicely fried katsu chicken and tender pork, just right on seasoning, and that infamous mac salad. Only diff from the island was portions were huge for the price!!! You could definitely share a combo plate and still have leftovers.

I’m always a bit hesitant to try Hawaiian places on the mainland as they typically don’t compare at all but Ono plates was incredible. Great portions, too. Mahalo!
