You really can’t go wrong here. Portions are very decent, food moist and consistent all the time. What sets this place aside from the other Hawaiian BBQ places we have been to is that their side includes steam veggies, not just dry uncooked garnishment like the other places so you eat everything

I wish o would of seen all the reviews first before coming here. I live out of town and really love this restaurants food. Where I’m from the service is great. I ordered from here expecting the same great service. I was wrong! Once I got back to the job site. I did not expect to have been cheated so bad. I called about the terrible service. Just like the reviews say! Not active management until the following day! How can you even be open without having a manager on duty! This is the worst location as the reviews confirm. If you can’t have proper employees. Just shut it down! There is no point in having a business open with such terrible service! There is no excuse for anything happening at this business. Other than terrible ownership!

One of the worst places to work at. There is no active manager, workers are untrained professionally, bathroom lock doesn’t work, and there are more unprofessional things going on in this location. I say don’t go at all.

It took over 30min in the drive thru to get my food. The person taking my order was rude. When I got my order it was wrong, the vegetables were incredibly Over cooked and the meat was burned to a crisp. Picture attached for reference. $16 down the drain. WON’T BE BACK

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVIICE . Workers were extremely rude . Being loud making fun of other customers talking super loud and being obnoxious. One of the employees got mad because I was looking to see if I could talk to someone because our food took soo long about 45 mins which I had no problem waiting but it didn’t seem like they were working on any orders and ended up asking for a supervisor and getting a refund . Supervisor/ Manager absolutely terrible . Did nothing in the situation. Don’t go here !! If you’re really craving some go to the rancho Cordova location much better service but honestly just got to L&L instead . Not worth spending money for a company who doesn’t care for their customers and their experience .

I hate to have leave a bad review but I can see I’m not the only one. I’m done with this location. Others are better, but EVERY time I come here there’s some issue and (as I’ve read in other reviews) it takes FOR…EV…ER to get your food. The children working here never seem to know how to do their job and have to ask the manager child for help. To bad, it’s good food.

I a big fan of Ono chain. First time experience is a drive thru which is nice. Line is a little longer since food is fresh but not a big deal. BBQ chicken and katsu is awesome. Spam masubi and always great. Good customer service.

On July 16 these poor employees were forced to qork qith the ac broken… Also working o. The hottest day of the week.. it was 109 outside and it was ateast 95 in the restaurant! The management really lacks here… the employees were surprisingly I. Good spirits, sweaty but in Good spirits! Management and owners would not work in these conditions, so why should the employees!
