Literally waited 40 MINUTES in the drive through for my small order and there was only one car with 2 people in front of me. They didn’t even come to the window until min 35 to tell me they were waiting on the shrimp. Literally the fastest food to cook. Ridiculous, almost wanted to drive away but they had already charged me. Don’t go unless you have a lot of time.

We ordered 2 mini meals with some changes and they srewed up one of the orders but immediately made it right. The food is always good and the service was great fixing a problem. Teryaki chicken and katsu chicken.

Ordered the Kalua Pork and Teriyaki Chicken, I tend to stay away from the beef because I’m not a fan of the texture. This was my first time trying the pork and it was really good, not too salty like most pulled pork style dishes. The chicken was good with minimal fatty pieces. I don’t know why but I love the mac salad something about it is so simple yet delicious and my rice was perfectly cooked!

Two star because I wish they would give the place a deep deep clean. The place has not been open for more than two years and it looks as if they hired my ten year old to clean the place regularly. Hope that gives you a good visual. It’s pretty grimey. The food was on point the first year it was open… Now, to avoid disappointment, we ask in advance that all good be freshly made and get particular on what we expect. It’s not that we’re being picky, we just know what kind of food their franchise puts out and so we hold them to that standard.

Do not order from them .. I order online and waited 3 hours that’s when they about to close and they cancel the order saying the driver couldn’t make the delivery.. they should of let me know after an hour so I can order from somewhere else.. terrible service and they trying to blame deliveries

They made us wait 10 minutes for Mac salad and it wasn’t even cold which was pretty gross. I asked for extra teriyaki because we bought 4 plates and she gave about 6 at least 8 would have been fine 2 of their tiny containers per plate since I did just get thru asking for extra. The food places in this town are disappointing so far. Anyone know of any good Mexican or Chinese food?? Honestly… Bc I can’t with these basic below average places.

Good as always the only 2 little take aways from this last trip there. I got the pick 2 asked for Katsu and bbq beef ended up getting bbq chicken and bbq beef. Also we did not get macaroni salad in either of our meals which is what we really love. Instead it was just a regular salad. Like I said still delicious but was hoping you get what you order and pay for.
