The quality of this place is horrible. I have ate Hawaiian BBQ plenty of times and always get the chicken katsu. Fkrst time I received it and it was cooked in a way I have never seen it before to the point it was not even looking appeasing. Asked to get it switched and instead of apologizing or finding a solution she was more concered about me throwing the chicken away like if I was trying tk scam my way to extra food. Wouldnt recommend this location at all. Customer service lacks immensely.

Lame burnt island fire chicken meal …the wife advised to take it back but I had already spent 45 going there to pick it up round trip .. I was not willing to take another trip, I didn’t want to drive upset so I ate around it . Will definitely think twice with this experience
