So good, even the mac salad is so tasty I went back after eating my combo to get a side of 4 scoops of it. Shrimp/BBQ chicken combo was plenty for a big appetite. Make sure you try their katsu and hot sauce with the shrimp. Be cautious to put your sauce lids on tight, maybe I’m just accident prone but it spilled all over in my bag and napkins – but that’s really my fault. BBQ chicken is thigh meat over a bed of steamed broccoli and cabbage which is a plus. Fresh and hot, service from the front end staff stellar and friendly, really great despite the big crowds and groups there

Don’t expect a refund or a call back from even the district manager even if you have your receipts the policy is refund only if you have the same exact card you paid with ..no refund for me as we had to order a new card to replace the one that was compromised. Line moves slow, managers pass the buck, no responsibility ever taken.

Ordered crispy shrimp mini meal and the pick two (Hawaiian BBQ and curry chicken) and it was delicious. The pick two did not come with macaroni salad so ordered that separate. The mini meal was perfect size if your not looking for leftovers. The food was hot and delivered on time.

I’ve had plenty of Hawaiian BBQ but this was just okay. The flavors became pretty monotonous after a while and just blended together. The menu is also strange as there’s no explainer text on what the different combos include so you have to ask the person working the register.

The food was great, Ono’s is always predictably good food, which I can appreciate. This location was one of the busiest locations I have seen. The staff was working hard to keep up with the demand, but I waited longer than I would have liked just picking up an order. When we finally got someone’s attention that we were there for a pickup, we realized our food had been sitting there for a while when we were being ignored trying to pick the food up.
