I got the Chicken Katsu and so did my husband. It was my first time and these people blew it. After a 15 minute wait I had gotten raw chicken and I asked for it to get cooked some more. The person up front must’ve thought I was stupid. They did not further cook it and we lost our appetite when they handed back our plates after being “recooked”. I had minimum expectations for this place. Don’t expect great food from this location.

I had the Chicken Hawaiian barbecue and the breaded white fish, both were excellent! We had a salad with some really good house dressing and the macaroni salad was exceptionally good. I highly recommend this place, the portions are good, the employees were very nice and the food is great.

Spent 40+ dollars waited 15+ minutes for cold and what tasted like leftovers from the day/days before. More specifically the hawaiian bbq beef tasted like it was at least from the day before and I only live about 5 minutes from ONO and the meat was cold. The rice was warmer than the meat.The rice and mac salad were both good.
