Tried Hawaiian bbq for the first time. It wasn’t as good as I expected. We tried the teriyaki and fire chicken. The chicken didn’t seem cooked enough and the veggies and cabbage was too much for the plate. It looked like they put extra to make up for less chicken. Will try another location next time. Might have better luck.

Never have I ever had a bad meal here… I probably come here about once a month and my order is always correct and perfectly cooked. I always order the bbq chicken and I recently tried the fish and shrimp. It did not disappoint whatsoever. My wait time for food is usually under ten minutes and this is around 5pm. Staff is always friendly and pleasant.

Limited menu and more expensive then the Foothill/I15 location. I would go to there instead if you want Ono. Ono has a good food it’s just this location that I would avoid. This Del Taco location is my favorite if you are looking for an alternative.

This location is cool. So is the one in rialto by blaze pizza and the one next to jolly bee in covina. The one on foothill near etiwanda by the food 4 less sucks though, has horrible customer service. Hope they fixed that situation since my last visit.

So, they close at 9:30 pm, but they take away the teriyaki sauce and katsu at 9:00, so I didn’t get any, and I asked the cashier why? He said that is what we have either you like it or not!!
