This was the first time ever trying Ono Hawaiian while visiting the Los Angeles area. I liked the restaurant and atmosphere. I ordered the chicken combo that was supposed to come with veggies. I asked the girl if it came with cabbage and broccoli. She said yes but it only had cabbage when it came. I was wanting broccoli as well like the photo. (That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars). My friend ordered Kalua pig and chicken katsu plate. The sauces are available for you to help yourself, which I like. The seating was comfortable and welcoming. Overall it was a good experience.

Delicious food here to eat and share with the family. They will like it.

This store is the biggest among the nearby Ono Hawaii BBQ restaurants. Many staff working in one shift probably because of having drive-thru. The restaurant is very clean and it has plenty indoor sittings and some outdoor sittings suitable for the current outdoor dining situation, but they blocked them off for now. We enjoy having the $5 specials right now and definitely will be back for more!

I used to like coming here for their chicken katsu but now it’s not as great a before. I also like their beef. I also ask for extra macaroni instead of rice.

First time I heard or visited this place. I wanted to go somewhere new while on vacation in California, and this was near the hotel. I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ plate and was very happy with the portions I got and the price I paid for. I enjoyed the food I got here and will definitely keep note of this and a few other restaurants for where to eat if I go to California again for vacation.

The staff were kind and helpful while helping me select the food I was ordering. It was my first time here and I had a good experience. The food was delicious. One thing I would improve is bigger containers for the Teriyaki and Katsu sauce. Other than that, good spot.

Business traveler. 1st timer. I ordered the SEAFOOD MIX – fried shrimp, battered white fish, and bbq chicken. All meals come with 2 scoops of white rice, 1 scoop of Mac n cheese and 1 scoop of steamed veggies. Very FAST service. I recommend to grab a “to go” menu and check it out before getting in line. Plenty of spots to sit inside or outside.

Do not come to this location! Every time you order there is at least one thing wrong with the food. They’ll either skimp you out on the chicken, it’ll be lukewarm, or they’ll give you the greasiest pieces of meat ever. There is no in between. I don’t blame the workers because I’m sure they get paid minimum wage, but you can tell they do not GAF. Go literally anywhere else. They also hand out expired teriyaki sauce, so expired that it comes in the containers like jelly.
