Ono Hawaiian in Gilbert was great, The food was consistently amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. The friendly staff had us laughing and made the experience truly enjoyable. Although there was a slightly longer wait for our food, it didn’t bother us at all, given the overall fantastic experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

It’s hit or miss, mostly miss. I know when the manager makes my island fire chicken it’s a nice melody of brocolli, onions, chicken, cabbage, and rice. Everything is nicely cooked and presented very well. But most of the time, I get mediocre chicken that smells funky, no onions or brocolli, and cabbage that is raw. If it were more consistent it would be a 5 star review. But God bless that manager lady she can cook.

We dined in first time and I got a sea food platter with fried shrimp and fried fish and BBQ chicken on top lettuce and two scoops of rice and they have an awesome tuna salad all this in my box wife got there pork that I tasted and that was very good how ever she got sick that night but as for me I was fine and enjoyed the meal will be back everything tasted great. My only complaint was eating there they are east facing so the entire room heats up and it did not have enough ventilation to cool the dining room down seems like most of the cold air was in the kitchen so we were sweaty eating our food. I would suggest the owner to get some good tint for windows or turn down ac just to hot to eat in there this was around 5pm.

This place has good food, but the wait is consistently awful. Even placing an order online, and saying that you pick up in 20min, has led to additional waits of another 40min. Waiting AN HOUR for food is not unusual for us. It’s pretty ridiculous. The food isn’t good enough to wait that long.

THIS PLACE IS HIT OR MISS but mostly miss. First time some of the best food but I always give three strikes and you are out. The last three times were awful. chicken too crispy that you can’t even chew it. No sauce in take-out and you could tell the rice was sitting all day. Best of luck for your restaurant.
