Affordable Jamaican food. We went twice an hour before closing and they were out of food so we had to leave. So I advice to go there early or call early to reserve some food. Beef patty was good. The curry chicken tasted good but it was almost impossible to eat because of all the small pieces of bones. The jerk chicken tasted more like barbeque sauce. Plantain was very soft but tasted good. The portions are big but I don’t know if it’s worth it.

Friendly staff but food was very disappointing. Jerk wings were not flavorful and small for price. I was under the impression that this was still One Love Island Grill, but it’s under a different name now.

One of the best authentic Jamaican restaurants in Colorado Springs. Ox tail on point. Rice and peas serving size was just what I needed, a basic nice home cooked meal is what it is. Plantains sweet and paired with everything nicely. Highly recommend. Curry goat was what my friend had with collard greens that was on point as well. They will have my business for life

Love the vibe of this place. It made me reminiscent of the shops in Montego. The people fill the place with laughter and delicious aroma. Everything I’ve ever eaten from here has been delicious. The best cabbage I’ve ever had. Wings, jerk, bbq, peas, festivals… But the cabbage can’t be beat.

I made a mistake and was trying to call HighGrade for food and called One Love instead. I looked up Jamaican food near me and HighGrade came up and One Love was underneath it so I made a mistake and called this place.

This is pretty much our only go-to for some nice Jamaican food. Never disappointed with our meals and they do it right! Nice spice levels, delicious plantains and plenty of selections.

I remembered eating at thier food truck in fountain about 6 months ago and the jerk chicken was amazing. I was on the hunt for a quick bite to eat and I saw the sign and busted a U-turn. The quesadilla was more then what I expected. It had ton of flavor and just a little kick of spice. And to think I was looking for a McDonald’s and instead walked into this hot spot.

Excellent service, food, atmosphere, and very authentic. Sometimes they have live music too! Well worth a stop if you like Jamaican food.

I placed an online order for jerk chicken wings, cabbage, red beans rice, and dry, overly fried bread. Horrible experience from the time I stepped foot in this HOT, didn’t appear so clean, sketchy neighborhood, hole in the wall (which I’m not opposed to at all). The lady finally came to the counter with a complete horrible attitude! She kept asking what I ordered, when I only saw one to go bag on the counter. Not a “thank you” or any type of pleasant customer service. Even after a $5 tip (since I like supporting family owned restaurants)! The beans/rice was extremely bland! The only seasoning I tasted on the cabbage was the black pepper they overly used! The chicken wings were bland as well with some basic jerk sauce that tasted store bought, barely covering the Chicken. First time and LAST time eating here! Anyone have any recommendations on REAL Jamaican food here in Co. Springs?
