This is such an amazing place! During the summer they have local musicians and it’s such a cool vibe . And wow ! I give it to the cocktail tenders they deserve the best of the best – there amazing menu is so awesome and flipping out good ! The owners are the coolest they can be. This is a must stop in red lodge Montana . Love it !

Wow! Delicious pizza!!! Traditional Italian Neapolitan! Crust is perfectly thin on bottom and airy/chewy/crispy on the edge! Highly recommend for great pizza in red lodge!

What a great time we had last Saturday night. We don’t live in Red Lodge and hadn’t been to town for quite some time. What a pleasant surprise this bar was. Pizza was ok but the cocktails and service were beyond exceptional. Kat and John ensured that we had everything we needed. Kat is an excellent bartender and every drink we had was better than the one before. John was so knowledgeable about the drinks he was a great help for us deciding which to try. Even the new server that was training and Kat’s son who delivered our pizza were great. I can’t recommend this place enough and I also can’t wait to return! Thanks for the fun night.

We went here for an event tonight and had the BEST experience at the bar with the bartenders. They were efficient, kind, outgoing, and so much fun. We felt like “regulars” when in fact, it was our very first time. The tacos were amazing and so was the pistachio pizza and the DRINK GAHHH DANNNG THEY WERE DELICIOUS

I went here with my girlfriend because we needed to facetime our friend. We just wanted a nice spot with tea. The owner Kat was super friendly and found us a spot and brought us French pressed tea. I felt like I was in another land (perhaps Scotland?), it was so nice and the customer service was amazing. Thank you Kat for being so cool and fun!

The Den of Tools
Was very excited for this place but it’s like they want negative reviews. Chicken was ok except for the piece that was completely raw. 4 people in our group ordered the burgers, only one could finish their’s because of the off taste. Pizza might have been good if it hadn’t been served cold. Server messed up the order and one of the burgers didn’t arrive till half an hour later. She was condescending to our children and myself when I made the mistake of asking for salt and was told she didn’t know where it was because no one has ever asked for it before. I never did get it then she spilled an entire glass of ice water in my lap. Asked for a smoke cocktail. That was not a Manhattan… brought me a Manhattan. I Was never approached by a manager or senior staff regarding any of the issues we had. Will not go back.

Cozy inside, immaculate patio vibes outside. The cocktails are great and the music is always fun, but the biggest draw of all is the kind and attentive staff and the palpable passion poured into the space from the owners, Kat and Mike. The Magpie is a safe and welcoming space for all.
