It took 15 min to even get our server to our table to take our order then another 40-45 min to get the food that was mediocre at best. Little to no flavor and sausage that looked and tasted like a rubber hotdog. The service was even worse than that. Never again will we go here. Best part about it was the coffee and even at that the condiments for that were empty and I had to tell them to refill it. Keep in mind this is all being left by people that have never left a review for a restaurant.

We used to enjoy coming to on the rise- we arrived this morning and we’re told a 25 minute wait- we said ok and decided to chill and wait for a table- despite tons of tables not having anyone sat at them. The pastry area was completely empty , we weren’t offered coffee or anything while we waited , etc- I finally asked the hostess 30 mins into our wait how much longer and she couldn’t give us an answer.

We went for breakfast, there was a wait time of 10 minutes. The restaurant has beautiful decor. They sell various bakery products like varieties of croissants , cakes etc. All looked delicious. They are crockery are few kitchen related items for sale too. After we were seated we ordered an unlimited coffee from the coffee bar & a house latte which is made of cinnamon & honey. Elizabeth was our server who was friendly & attentive. The latte was tasty. I ordered the 3 cheese omelette with cinnamon streusel & potatoes. The omelette was well made, it had Italian herbs, the potatoes were exceptional with onions. The other item we went for was french toast which was mouthwatering to look at. It was indeed very tasty. We had a side of scrambled eggs. The crowd consisted of youngsters as well as middle aged people. There were few small dogs who were served in beautiful dog bowls. I am thrilled to have gotten an opportunity to dine at this wonderful place. The menu is not very conventional & took a few minutes to understand. The menu & taste of food was differently good than the usual franchisee breakfast restaurants. The patio is beautiful. Bacon is good.

The food is the only thing saving this from being 0 stars. We were a large party (9) did call ahead and were seated rather promptly when we arrived. Our server let us know they were short staffed and he was new. We tried to be as patient as possible with him as we worked through the menu, as he didn’t really know much about the food listings. We waited a little over an hour for our food, we totally understood it was a large order. However, originally several meals came out wrong or missing. When our server was bringing out the food he didn’t know what the plates were so it was very difficult. After 6 out of 9 got our food, he went back to get the other orders. 7th plate came out fairly quickly. Then about 5 mins later he came back to tell us something ordered they no longer had…after we’d been waiting for it. At that point we just split some meals up and made up for that plate. The final plate took 17 mins to come out, while other food continued to leave the kitchen. We ask to speak with a manager and we’re basically told they’d come when they could. Several minutes later Cheryl came out and apologized, didn’t really offer much in the way of explanation or really trying to rectify the situation just said they were short staffed. Really poor way to handle such an awful experience. Many tables around us were having the same experience as us as well. We had family who had really enjoyed this place that had invited us along with them and we’re so disappointed that it was such an awful experience. We certainly hope this place can pull it back together, but should make some changes to how they are operating right now.

This is my 2nd favorite place for breakfast around LOTO. I oftentimes bring guests because the atmosphere is the best. The French Vanilla Bean Toast and Bananas Foster Toast are our go-tos here.

We were incredibly underwhelmed by this place. We were on vacation and stopped in for breakfast. They were busy but we were greeted promptly. We waited to be sat about 20 minutes and then waited even longer for a waitress to come over. Once she did, she was friendly enough. We waited for another nearly 30 minutes for our food and we were SO disappointed when it came. My sandwich was already cold and the portion sizes and quality were not even remotely close to what we paid. I took our kids outside while my husband waited another 15 minutes or more for someone to give him the check. Overall our least favorite place we visited on vacation.
