We had a lovely dinner here. My kids really like the chicken satay and ate it all. The staff was kind and helpful. My kids loved the flower carrots and we asked for a few more and the waitress was very sweet to bring us more. The food was good. Would recommend!

Food was amazing, the food alone was 10/10. Hours need to be changed because google said they close at 9:30 and they told us at 8:45 that they close in 15 minutes. Their sign outside says otherwise. The waitress was a whole different situation, needs some work definitely did not deserve what I tipped her. Everyone else was very polite and welcoming.

We have been customers at On Rice for years. They are our “go to” for excellent Pad Thai and Curry Fried Rice. We have taken our out of town family and friends there and everyone raves about their food and service as well! We certainly missed them when they were shut down for Covid, but we are so glad they are back and continue with a spirit of excellence as always. Thank you for a great dining experience!

The food is always good, service is generally good as well though I’ve had times where it was lacking. My biggest issue is their lack of accommodation around food restrictions. For instance if you can’t eat the rice and noodles everything comes with, you cannot get anything to replace them unless you pay extra… So you just get less food for the same price.

The food is very good, but customer service has declined to the unacceptable level (at least for those dealing with call-in orders) – if you’re too busy to be decent or polite, take a look at things. Tried a few times to address this concern with them directly – but they were either too busy, rude, or lacking in customer service basics.

Hey ‘on rice’, i love a clever naming scheme as much as the next person. But as a patron for many years its starting to seem like the rice must be made out of gold or something in recent times. I understand that running a biz is a for-profit thing, but lets at least be generous with the cheapeast ingredient. The rice. That is all.
