Oma’s is a great German restaurant! The menu is limited, but everything we ordered was delicious. Come hungry as the portions are generous. Be sure to stop at the bakery before you leave! Great baked goods, including breads, pies, cakes, etc. await!

This restaurant is a warm contemporary place that serves very fresh vegetables and authentic German cuisine. Oma also has a delicious bakery and lots of cozy small town charm and hospitality. It’s family owned and as a restaurant guest I felt like the staff went out of their way to make us and other guests feel like we were visiting at their home. The restaurant is extremely clean and it’s modern decorated. Prices are very reasonable. The menu is varied and full of salad, breads, dessert and Spätzle and other German sides and main dishes. They also have Kuchen but were sold out of it when we were there. The bread served was soft and homemade and the butter good too. They also had a breakfast menu but we ate there for dinner. I had a dish called Rahm schnitzel and I also ordered a side salad and a cup of carrot ginger soup. The soup was so thick and really full of carrot and ginger flavor. The salad had a homemade vinegrette and pickled vegetables. The food very well presented and prepared. My friend I ate with ordered the bratwurst with sauerkraut. There was a gravy over his bratwurst. He said it reminded him of his grandma’s cooking. The owner is German and from Freiburg in Black Forrest Region of Germany. Yes there are cuckoo clocks on one wall. Definitely glad I tried this place and I want to go again. They also have special dining events days like Oktoberfest.

I’ve eaten here multiple times, multiple items on the menu, and they have all been excellent. The bakery goods are phenomenal. The owner and his wife are extremely nice people.

Went for morning coffee and a roll, returned for lunch. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, sizable menu with variety of options that one cannot find at the average German restaurant and bakery. After enjoying the texture and flavor of the fresh bread, I bought a loaf to bring home.

Very good treats that aren’t sickly sweet they are delicious and at a good price. I was pleased to see that the decoration isn’t over the top like I was expecting it to be. Overall it’s a calming environment, and the gentleman who was listing the items in the case was patient with me while I decided what to get.

This schnitzel was superb, the best I have had in the US. It’s the real deal, hand breaded and pan fried. The breads and desserts are also fabulous.

My family and I drive two hours just to go to Oma’s. It’s my favorite place for delicious, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served food. My 4 and 6 year old children also proclaim this as their favorite restaurant. The staff and owners always make you feel like a friend the moment you walk in the door. I have never left Oma’s disappointed. Make sure to try the Heavenly Cake…it lives up to its name.

Service was great! Very nice people. If you haven’t been. You should try it out. We had the Farmer’s Roesti and the European breakfast.

Flavor? They’ve got it!! One of the best sit down restaurants around in the area. From guest service, to the cuisine they serve, Oma’s Bread delivers a stellar experience for those in town.

Found this little gem right before closing. Real homemade sweets. I’m definitely going back for the German cuisine. Can’t wait!
