We waited 40+ minutes for them to bring out a cold plate of fries and a lukewarm burger while tables all around us were served. My water went unrefilled for 30 minutes. The manager complained how busy it was and refused to give me any compensation.

Rooms need attention. They are plain. Pillows are tiny. Appears to be clean. Rooms are huge. Staff is very pleasant. The drinks at the reception are nice and the snacks were good.

Not sure what was happening this past Friday, 2/17, but it was bad experience. No host, thought it said to wait to be seated; we then had to ask the bartender if we could get a table, and someone finally got us to one. The waiter was great, and she took our drink and appetizers order. I got mine, but my two guests were still waiting after nearly 30 minutes. I paid for my beer, and the food order was canceled. It was just a mess in there due to under staffing. Never had this issue before. Food is always great, and the staff in general are wonderful. Just a bad day, I guess. Will come back again, eventually.

Excellent food and service! The bartender, Cynthia, is so nice! The Embassy Suites Hotel Orlando North is an absolute dump right now due to remodeling, but the restaurant was the saving grace for our short stay there. I’d go back to the restaurant when I’m there again, but not the hotel until the construction is don3!

This is a great hidden gem. I was looking for a nice quiet place to have filet mignon for my birthday and this place was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to go, that is not going to be jam-packed in a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend this place. Our server Allison was great, and the food was delicious!!

Had a very tasty meal here with my mother a week ago. We began with the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer which was good-sized and a great start to the meal. For our entrees, I had the sirloin steak and she had the petite filet mignon, both cooked perfectly (medium-rare, see photos). In addition, the mashed potatoes that come standard with every steak were plentiful and yummy. To complete the meal, we ordered the creme brulee to-go since we were full from everything else. The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 ☆’s was that the restaurant staff tended to disappear all at once at varying times which was odd especially if you were in need of something. In all, everything was great, and we would definitely eat here again.

Located inside of the Embassy Hotel, needs updating as well as the hotel. Expensive for basic food. Burger was undercooked, wings were good but definitely over-priced. Being a steakhouse, I guess we should have ordered a high priced steak.

We stayed in the Embassy Suites, Altamonte Springs, FL, which houses an Omaha Steaks restaurant, during Hurricane Ina. It was disaster because, due to short staff, the restaurant was only able to serve a few people. We were never able to get into the restaurant. We had to subsist on snacks as all area restaurants were closed due to flooding and loss of power. My suggestion is to close the restaurant and offer a soup and sandwich buffet. That way, everybody gets fed at a reasonable price. Mr. Colon, hotel manager, supports this idea.
