Olivia’s has some of the best food in all of Middletown and surrounding areas. They have an amazing Beef Stew with Yellow Rice that is simply mouth watering. The beans and sweet plantains are so delicious. I recommend the chipotle ranch and chimichurri sauce on the rice and beans. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I was from out of town. I only had the spicy chicken empanadas and sweet potato fries. They tasted really good. The place was really clean and cozy. It even had a steady flow of people coming for take out and to sit and eat, definitely a good sign…

Stopped in to get fried chicken, but the associate behind the counter told us they didn’t carry. Disappointed because a photo 9 months ago showed they did. Had a couple of empenadas instead, and they were fine. Please bring back the fried chicken.

Today was my first time going into the restaurant to sit down and eat. Absolutely amazing. Have ordered dozens of times on DoorDash and I am never ever ever ever disappointed. The Pernell I don’t even know how to put into words about this dish. I get the Pernell meal with the white rice and a side of beans just out of this world. Amazing. My daughter also had a side of rice and beans with a pernil and cheese empanada OMG. They make homemade sauces there that are to die for. The prices are unbelievably inexpensive as well. Everything is fresh. The restaurant is clean and the workers are nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I will always continue to support this amazing business. Thank you so much. Your friends at lovely ladies consignment shop.
