Ian is one of the best bartenders I have ever had. He keeps the whole experience fun and is very attentive to his customers needs. The cook (Jeremiah) also played a part in making sure I had the best food experience possible. Matt was active in making sure his employees were well taken care of and things were running smoothly. Chicken pesto wrap and Oliver’s revenge burger(pictured, with some extras)are my favorite menu items so far. I will be back for the food but mostly to enjoy the service.

Stopped in before the Ben Folds show @ The Palace – it is a very live atmosphere much like Wall Street but the staff was well organized and attentive. Food was way better than expected – the fries were amazing – this was a unique and memorable experience. Thanks !

The burgers were excellent and the service was fast and friendly for a Saturday night. The atmosphere was modern and not too overbearing. Would easily get dinner here again.

Food and atmosphere were fine but the service experience was very bizarre. The place was not busy but our waitress was rushing us along. Tried taking plates we weren’t through with. Didn’t offer a third round of beverages, then dropped separate checks (which we didn’t ask for) before we were even done eating? We weren’t even there for long at all. Seriously bizarre, and I say that as someone who waited tables for ~15 years. Also could’ve done without the other staff shouting to each other in a practically empty place. Unlikely I would dine here again on the off chance I’m ever back in town.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The food was awful. There was no seasoning to the burgers. There was a ridiculous upcharge for grease soaked fries. Having worked in restaurants I could tell the oil was old & unfiltered. The dressings on the burgers were underwhelming to say the least. The service was lackluster. While friendly it was at a minimum dare even demeaning. Overall the experience left must to be desired which is disappointing as this restaurant was said to have a reputable reputation.

Easily could be 5/5, the food and service were great. However, having no menu items (especially when you already serve chicken tenders, fries, etc) for kids, cups with lids (that actually fit), and so on is a big turn off. Working parents and children deserve to eat out.

Came here with a family during a visit to Greensburg, PA. It was one of the fewest places open on a Thursday night in downtown area. I was expecting the menu to have more items, but in some ways it satisfied all of us. The only downside is the lack of gluten free options for customers. The atmosphere is chill for families, at least during the week.
