What a gem, with wonderful service too. Went in for lunch and the staff was very helpful about suggesting items that fit my dietary preferences and allergy needs. You can build your own sandwich, which is such a relief as a vegetarian with food allergies. I was able to get a delicious avocado-free vegetarian sandwich, and they even have fresh-made gluten free bread!

Hidden treasure, the fresh baked breads and sweet breads are tasty. I stopped by for a BLAT on toasted bread, plus picked up home made cole slaw – mayo-based with poppy seeds. The menu and selection is nice, and the offer a “build a sandwich” for those who like to create a masterpiece of flavor. Great place for a coffee & breakfast or pick up a dessert.

As a self proclaimed “flavored bread” expert, I can tell you with confidence that Oliver’s has the largest and tastiest selection of gluten goodness in all of Colorado Springs…maybe even Colorado. They have at least 10+ flavored breads on tap at any given time that can be purchased by the slice or loaf. I have yet to actually try anything from the deli per se, like a sandwich…but I suspect they are good too!

I stopped in for a quick bite and this place did not disappoint. Enjoyed the Nova Lox so much i scarfed it down in a few minutes in my car. I have been craving and never seem to be able to find a place that offers them. The pickle spear was perfect, too. I picked up a couple slices of the pumpkin loaves (chocolate + cranberry walnut options) which were very tasty. Can’t wait to try their lunch options.

This popular local breakfast & sandwich place has great offerings. All helpings are very generous & made with good ingredients. They make a beautiful array of bread – especially their sweet breads – & have shop-made gf breads too. I didn’t ask about where the gf bread is made but assume they have a dedicated kitchen separate from the regular bread making. We had the cucumber sandwich, which was great. Also the quiche – an enormous wedge & very good. The bagel, egg & sausage sandwich was delicious too. Regular coffee, iced tea & sodas are available. While the space doesn’t flow well at all since you have to cross the line to order just to refill drinks, it is well worth it for the food & an outdoor table in a beautiful summer day.

Stumbled across this place while looking for gluten free options. The sandwich size was very impressive and the GF banana chocolate chip bread was amazing. The restaurant is crowded with stuff and looks a little worn down, but so glad we took the chance.
