Hubs and I came here for lunch. Place is beautiful. We got seated and were given 3 cold and hard breadsticks. We ordered 2 all u can eat soup and salad. Our one salad came and dressing was on the side. I ordered a water no lemon and my glass came with water and a lemon seed stuck the bottom of the inside. Waitress seemed bothered when I mentioned it. (Didn’t get new water) my hubs got the minestrone soup and it was very bland, no flavor. I got the zuppa and it was barely lukewarm. Asked for more breadsticks and was only given two!! Hubs got zuppa as his second soup and he enjoyed it. I got my second soup and it was much warmer. Asked for more breadsticks and again was only given two! Waitress Phoebe wasn’t very pleasant. At this point we just wanted to leave. Won’t visit this location ever! Side note: bathroom ceiling really needs some attention as the roof has water damage.

Service and food was good. Only thing was my sister ordered unlimited soup and salad and when our server brought our salad plates, she didn’t give my sister one. We asked about it and were told that she would get her salad plate when they bring her soup. By the time she got her soup and salad PLATE, the large salad bowl was empty and had to was for a fresh bowl of salad. Very strange, but overall it was very good.

I stayed across the street from the Olive Garden rest. I ate twice, the sever Hayden P was super excellent. The salad and soup were delicious. I order the lasagna, big piece and delicious. Next time in town definitely I will come again!!!

Yes its Olive Garden, but the people here are exceptional and that is truly what sets apart mediocre from fabulous. The food was good, they seated us promptly and got the kids settled in in record time. The wait staff was professional and attentive, Crystal kept the boys laughing and even answered their silly questions when they would ask. This was our second trip here during our stay in the Phoenix area, glad we stopped in.

My earlier review was a couple weeks back and was not very positive. At the time I said that the prices were high and the food portions NOT very generous. However, the customer service center read my review and wow what a response! They asked for more feedback about my visit. I gave it. In response they provided me with a gift card equal to (and more) the cost for the food on my family’s last visit. We returned to the restaurant a day later. The manager greeted us generously and made it his personal mission to see to it that we were satisfied. It was the most delightful OG visit I have ever had to date. The food was terrific, the portions generous and staff polite and helpful. We were MORE THAN satisfied. Perhaps our first visit was an anomaly and I hope so because if this is normal service (and if I lived in the AZ area) I would be a regular customer. Thank you OG for taking my business and yours seriously.

Had dinner with my wife, 3 sons, a daughter in law, and 3 grandchildren to celebrate all 3 sons’ birthdays. I had arrived early, spoke to the hostess to inform them of my partys size. We were there at the peak time as it was very busy. We had 2 servers for our table. Both were friendly, helpful, and quick. After bread sticks, appetizers, and soups/salads, entrees were backed up in the kitchen. It allowed us to talk, catch up, and take some photos. After dinner was finished, a couple of desserts to go, and more talk. The bill comes, and we think we pay it. Turns out, those card kiosks on the tables got mixed up on our table. The manager came, apologized, straightened everything out, and gave us a gift card for our troubles to boot. I thought that initial bill was pretty low. The difference about $85. Non, the less I did drop a great tip on the check. Great service ≈ great tips

Had the worst experience with management over my Togo lunch order was bounced through three different managers! No resolution at all Jon or Johnathan put me on hold just to explain the same info three times to still have no solution! Terrible customer service how can you not locate my order in the system then ask me for the info that you should have access to just bad experience overall!
