I have been a customer for Olive Garden for years and never disappointed always great service, staff is always friendly and patient. The atmosphere with the music the other diners laughing and smiling creates a smile on my face. The food, it never fails to fill me up and as always taste amazing I love getting the Tour of Italy or the Fettuccine Alfredo this establishment is definitely a go-to whenever your hungry with the family

The Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo is the best thing I’ve had on their menu! Food came promptly and server was really nice, but 3 stars because I was told over the phone I could be added to a waitlist and that ended up not being true. Then I proceeded to wait double the amount of time they told me (30 minutes instead of 15), and when it was time to get seated there were more empty, clean tables than filled ones. Not sure why I had to wait for nothing. If it was a matter of understaffing, communication would’ve been much appreciated.

We had a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. Waiting time was over 1 hour, so it was a little disappointing that nothing was offered while we waited. Once we sat down, the servers were extremely friendly, and the food was prepared fresh, delicious, and the portions were plenty. Overall, we had a great dinner.

Food was good, waitress was awesome! It was a pleasant experience. I had the chicken parmasena and it was delicious. My husband had a trio and enjoyed it. The breadsricks were great! We had a chicken that was tasty as well! Definitely will be back.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in 5 years. It was something my daughter and I used to love when she was younger so for nostalgia we went. Was told it was a 30 min wait so we almost left, but decided to wait. We waited 3 min, glad we stayed. No wine bottle sample anymore, no coasters so my water glass melted everywhere, no cracked pepper? Just a guy at my table saying you want an appetizer. Food came out fast and was good, but no dessert was offered so we just left but really wanted chocolate mousse cake. The food was good but definitely felt like we were at a Taco Bell for Italian food instead of Mexican.

From the moment we walked in, we had top notch service. Our food order was taken right away as well as our food brought out to us. Our drinks were very tasty too! Thank-you to the manager for her help in getting our meal & drinks paid. For a moment there I thought we were going to have to stay behind and wash dishes, lol. Overall…wonderful experience. Definitely coming back!

Excellent service! Some people may comment “it’s a chain (restaurant)”. I’ll continue to eat there because I know what I’m getting. Our server refilled our drinks when they needed to without us having to flag them down or wait until we were completely out. It was obvious from the beginning that he paid attention to our needs. Love the chicken Parmigiana and calamari!

Prices have really increased since I last visited. The food is reliably good but not authentically Italian. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks make the high prices a little less painful. My biggest complaint on the menu is that all the sauces are based on tomato or cream, while in Italy oil and butter are most common and the results are much less “heavy”.
