Had date night with the misses, was a wonderful experience. The bartender was our server, Hanna, she checked on us frequently. The service was great. The whole place was very clean. Atmosphere was nice, great food! Great time. Great flavor. We’ll definitely return to this place.

For many years this was a restaurant that was top notch and highly desirable when I wanted something delicious and trusted I was going to leave full, fat, and happy. Italian food is a favorite for me so this was a place I would always recommend when choosing a perfect place to enjoy a date night with my wife. Unfortunately after a long while of not attending we visited this place and everything was entirely different. The waitress was sweet and apologetic and just doing the best she could but the management and upkeep of this place has tanked terribly. I couldn’t believe how disorganized everything was it was actually entertaining. The air conditioner didn’t work so there was this portable machine keeping things somewhat cool. We were seated and ordered drinks and I ordered tea and was surprised by the taste of lemonade when my drink arrived. My wife’s Dr Pepper had no soda flavor just carbonated water. My wife ordered her favorite calamari for an appetizer and the frying machine was down so we had limited options and that was out and so we order our food and it comes out and I’m eating my plate of food and some other guy comes back to give me my food while I’m eating my food so it must have been added twice somehow. The food was delicious as always so that was nice then it came to paying with the new table smart screens and the ticket did not even have my food on it so they didn’t even charge me after bringing two plates out to me! Since I’m not crooked I told the waitress to charge me and she printed up and manual ticket for us. Overall I could really tell there was a lot of employees that didn’t really have the proper training of everything they needed to deliver a pleasant meal experience to customers. I’m disappointed this restaurant has changed to this degree and likely will not return because of this. It is still expensive and there are many other wonderful places I’d rather spend my money at that will be well managed and organized as it should be. To be clear, this was the west side location about a month or so ago. I would still recommend this place because it’s still wonderful food if you enjoy occasional Italian.

Fantastic dinner! Our table was waited efficiently and graciously. Our server was Arianna, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to suggest some of the menu favorites. Food arrived quickly, perfectly cooked, and our salad was made to order. We will certainly be back again!

My king and I enjoyed our dinner at Olive garden. We had a phenomenal server. I don’t want to butcher his name but it started with the letter “T” the food was tasty, I will be 100% satisfied if they upgrade their breadsticks I’m not a fan. I feel that the customer service and the comfortable atmosphere makes up for the breadsticks.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the Olive Garden and were not disappointed. Toni went above and beyond taking care of us even though she was very busy. The drinks we ordered were mixed perfect, not too weak or strong. Our dinners came out fast and tasted amazing. My wife’s birthday dessert was awesome and we were treated with a sip of a perfectly paired wine. We had an incredibly great experience and highly recommend a visit!

Brought our Granddaughters and everything was great. Our waiter kept our glasses full and was very attentive without overdoing it. Love the chicken Alfredo. My Husband had seafood Alfredo. My eldest Granddaughter had shrimp Alfredo and our youngest had Mac and cheese. The root beer came I. A bottle which the youngest thought was cool. We had calamari that was just the right amount. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

In Wichita, KS for the weekend and ordered the family size lasagna, breadsticks and salad. Got the food back to the room and was EXTREMELY disappointed to find the beautiful salad with absolutely no dressing! None on the salad, none in the bag. It clearly states online that the salad will come with salad dressing. This is the only reason for the low marks. Food was great but, half the Olive Garden experience is the salad, at least for me it is.

Though this place is a tad on the pricy side, we had a gift card there. The food is amazing! The salad and bread sticks are a reason I come to the first place. The waitress at our table was great and a pro at this. Never had to wait for anything. She always made sure we had all needs met. I am a steak house person at heart and not normally an Italian food fan but this place won my heart with their chicken and shrimp carbonara. It was excellent from a guy who likes his meat!
