Service got better at end, but was not great to start with. A few things that are pet peeves of mine and just feel rude. I am handicapped, and was not even seated, when I am being asked about my order. There is obviously two menus and I am alone. And waitress still asks for our drink order before other person is there. So I go ahead and order a drink for each of us to start. When waitress brings the drinks, they are wrong. I order my self another drink. Waitress walks off as I am ordering. She is behind my back as I finish telling her what I want. How rude is it to walk away while customer is ordering. I don’t want to have to shout after waitress to give her my order.

The experience was good. You could tell that they were understaffed and were training new people. The staff already working did everything they could to make my party feel taken care of. The only thing that bothered me a little were the pile of dishes outside of the kitchen that was about 10 feet from where we were sitting. Our server was wonderful.

The food was good, what you would expect. Chris was our server and he did an outstanding job. My mother in law goes there a lot and she said this was the best service she has ever gotten at that restaurant. He was definitely outstanding.

The only problem I had was our server. She was really lagging. She forgot to bring one of our drinks. We had to ask another server to get it for us. We needed 3 salad plates and she only brought out two. She took forever with everything that was asked of her. The food was really good.

Food was great. 15 minute wait on a half empty restaurant was goofy. & Our waiter Jake, had the energy he was ready to evaporate his brain cells with a gun. We even tried cheering him up. He did not reciprocate anything but I hate my life and this place.

It feels like every eatery has been weatened by Covid. Inexperienced, nonchalant staff. Worked who don’t come to work. Mediocrity. We have been told to wait when only a handful of people were in the restaurant. The last visit was good because we had a decent server, but the last three times ended at the front door when they announced a long wait due to staffing.

I have to say, this was my mothers favorite restaurant. She is no longer with us but we had great memories here. She would be disgusted just as I was yesterday 6/26. We walked into the restaurant and it had a stench. It wasn’t from food. It had to be coming from the restrooms. Very unhealthy odor. I thought I would just dismiss it since I wouldn’t be sitting by it anyway. I later had to go to the bathroom and noticed long black hairs around the sink. I didn’t want to wash my hands there. I didn’t mention it to anyone because I really wanted to talk to Management about it. However I did tell them their breadsticks were really overdone. They did bring me out some lighter ones. As I stated I love this restaurant but don’t think I am going back until changes can be made.
