It’s Olive Garden! However, this trip for me was flawless. Everything was hot and fresh. Everything transitioned well. The main reason for the 5 star was the server. Did not have to wait for refill, new soup/salad or dipping sauces. The peach tea is amazing, I love it. Very sad they got rid of the lemon cream torte. Hope it returns.

I am going to start off by saying, if you tell me something I expect it to happen. Signed in to wait for one of the many empty tables, was told five minutes…took twenty minutes for them to seat us at one of the many empty tables. Was told our server would be right there, wrong again…we had looked thru the menu and we’re about to get if fifteen minutes later to leave when the server arrived. We told the server not only our drink order but what we’re wanted to eat. Salad appears as does bread sticks…they were okay but salad seemed thrown together and bread sticks were not hot from the oven. When the food arrived we had been there almost forty-five minutes and my lasagna was dried out, offered something else but who knew how long that would take so I just ate the part that was manageable. We asked for refills when the food arrived, no such luck with getting them in a timely manner. We decided that this was a one and done visit, have never had these issues at the one on Monroe, not far from Franklin Park Mall. All said and done, we were there over an hour and a half… tables were still available every where and service was moving the same speed.

We came in around 8pm, and it was pretty busy, but I felt that we were taken care of really well! The staff was so nice and seemed to like working with one another. The environment altogether was very very nice!! Food was pretty good, and I really appreciate them being so accommodating to my dietary restrictions.

I have to day that. OLIVE Garden is one of my favorite inexpensive restaurants to dine. The food is delicious, especially the new Alfredo Dipping sauce, and the atmosphere. Our waitress Amanda was excellent. Thanks Amanda for taking care of my needs quickly. ❤️ I hope you’re not disappointed if you go to the OLIVE Garden on Reynolds Road Toledo!!!!!

I always love going to Olive Garden. They never dissapoint. The food was perfect, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Especially our server. She was very attentive and kind. Even though she had many other tables to service, she kept a sharp eye on ours. Whenever anyone of us got a little low on our drinks she was right there with a fresh full one. Very impressed by the improvement in service. It gets better and better each time we go there.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Prices decent. Only negative remark was the odd smell throughout the place. Almost like “old” smelling…. maybe old mop water? Clean restrooms. Update: clean, great staff, and awesome food. Upgraded my 4 star to a 5, comparing to 3 years ago. Cierra was great, as well as the others that helped with our table.

Picked up a large order for a business event. The servers who loaded the order into the car had great customer service. The food was packaged well. Tasted good however, not nearly enough Alfredo sauce for the Chicken Alfredo or the meat sauce for the spaghetti. Otherwise everything was good.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at olive garden the food was fantastic and our server Jeff was great as well. I normally don’t fill out reviews but for how busy it was I was very surprised how quickly our food came and Jeff was on top of it. He took great care of us and the other tables in his area.
