I’ve not had a bad experience at an olive garden. Our dinner was great here, they sat our group on our own little alcove and it gave us very nice privacy for conversation. The service was wonderful and the waitress was very kind and attentive. The food was good as always.

Even though I’m not crazy about the bread sticks myself, the food was wonderful. I wasn’t expecting the portion sizes to be as big as they was! The service was above and beyond any services I’ve experienced at any other restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. 3 people ate there for $80 something, thats not bad for the amount of food we got. We had a reservation, so our wait time wasn’t bad at all. I wish I remembered my waitress’s name, she was tall, black hair with a bandana headband on. 10/10 recommended. I plan on coming back for date nights.

We were very excited when Olive Garden opened in Hamburg. This is a go to restaurant when meeting with family because there is something for everyone. The bread sticks are delicious and addictive. We have never had bad service and everything I have tried is great. Would recommend.

Olive Garden is always good. The new location is nice, service was great, friendly, and fast. Food still tastes the same as it always has. The cheese cake was soft, moist, and really. It does cost a bit more than normal compaired to other resturants. They do have take home meals for $6 bucks for each entree your group orders and there are three different choices to choose from.

Date night with the wife! We didn’t make a reservation but were given a good selection of available spots and seated quickly. Great atmosphere, nice people. Food was served quickly and was cooked perfectly. Waitress was VERY attentive, she also later made a very delicious frozen margarita. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience, will definitely be returning!

The food was fine. Our server was either deep in the weeds (but no evidence of that) or desperately needs more training. We weren’t approached by our server until after several minutes I returned to the hostess to inquire if we had a server. (The folks behind us left after waiting several minutes.) All of our our meal was brought to the table at about the same time. My salad arrived with our appetizer, and maybe five minutes later my entree’ arrived with my wife’s soup & salad combo. The follow-up could have been better as well.

Emily Van Dyke is one of the managers at this location. She is the most polite, helpful person I have every met in the food service industry. I actually just needed a couple pages printed off for a client while we were dining here and she went out of her way to make sure that I had the copies I needed before I left! Talk about going above and beyond! This young lady is is nothing short of amazing! I truly do appreciate your help today, Emily. I will be driving across town just to dine at the Olive Garden. Thanks to her. I will have to pass to other locations just to get to this location, but will do it every time without question due to the experience I just had with this manager at this location. Great job, Emily, other management staff at this location. This lady deserves some kudos and some praise. She definitely went above and beyond today!

This is my first time ever eating at an Olive Garden, and I was very pleased overall. The decor left something to be desired. It looked a little dated, but everything else was great! Kiara was our server, and she was very accommodating, kind, polite, and knowledgeable! I ordered the fried mozzarella (delicious) and Ravioli Carbonera with grilled chicken, which also came with a side salad. The portions were great. The “side salad” was a meal alone, and the house dressing was very good too! The breadsticks were good as well, and they weren’t stingy with it! We will return to this Olive Garden again as out experience was a good one!
