The waiter was very nice and attentive. Tried to get a drink but forgot I.D. so the general manager gave a free dessert to make up for it. The staff is very friendly.

Recently, let’s say within the past year {actually more like, since covid}, take out hasn’t been that great… eating out all together. BUT Olive Garden Hamilton Place just changed that! At least for this evening. We ordered family style chicken parmigiana to-go. My husband went to pick it up, got home {est 10 min drive, 20 there & back}, & the food was hot and fresh. You cannot tell from the images, & I wish I would’ve taken pictures before I mixed in the marinara… but the chicken was nicely cooked with optimal amount of sauce and cheese, spread out consistently, they had the noodles and marinara in separate containers, noodles topped with parsley, & for the marinara container, they also wrapped it in saran wrap, plus the “lid” ensuring it didn’t spill. They sent serving kitchenware, and even heavy duty disposable plates! It’s the little details that matter!! Unfortunately, my assumption led me to only tip 10% – that being said, I will be making a special trip over there this week, to give an additional tip! Thank you Olive Garden – the people of OG!! It was a breath of fresh air. Oh yeah… & the food was delicious too! VERY good. Gives me hope for the experience & the type of service we share with family & friends, that we did pre-covid… & looked forward to.. when times were good. Thank you OG

I ordered the shrimp chicken carbonara and will say the seasoning to me was way off. The shrimp tasted as if they were not cooked evenly and almost had a watered taste. The chicken in it was very bland as well. Never tried the pasta since the rest of it was bad off. I’d never try that again. It needs revamping really bad on the seasoning side of things. I sent it back and got a starter dish instead, the shrimp fritto mist. It wasn’t anything to write home about but I couldn’t make my mind up so I got that instead. I highly recommend the chicken and gnocchi pronounced (no-key). It was very good and I almost wanted the recipe for it. Our server was really good and attentive. I don’t think I will be going back to this olive garden. Mostly because I have not had a good experience yet. Maybe your luck will be different. Good luck

I always enjoy going to Olive Garden. The unlimited soup and salad with breadsticks is always great to get if you’re hungry, and their raspberry lemonade is my all time favorite.

What I love about Olive Garden is their consistent approach to the quality of their ingredients and preparation of each dish. I have never been disappointed. Today, I tried the four cheese marinara over angel hair. The sauce was creamy with small cubes of tomato almost like Alfredo meets bisque. Delicious. My mother had the gnocchi soup, which was made from scratch, and declared it very good. We had the spinach cheese dip with homemade chips-outstanding- and the calamari. Our server Dalton was very attentive and the culinary manager Mary rounded on us as well. They are very customer service focused and did not miss a beat to ensure we had a 5-star experience. Our bill for 2 appetizers, an unlimited soup and salad, a build-your-own pasta, and a luncheon Alfredo with coffee and Coke was $62. And we have leftovers for dinner. This is a busy location so I recommend the text ahead system to reserve your place in line.

My family and I LOVE to eat at the Olive Garden for birthdays, Mothers’ and Fathers’ days, or just any other special occasion. Every time we eat here, the service is great as well as the food. Be sure to check on the waitlist just in case it is busy.

The food was good, and so was the service. The refills (drinks, salads & breadsticks) could have been timed a little better, but the service itself was great. The salmon was a little overcooked and the chicken on the pasta dishes seemed like the precooked kind from the grocery store.Olive garden is still a little pricey for what they actually serve (mostly pasta) but still worth the calories once in a while.

We have made several attempts over the past year to enjoy a meal here. Each visit was worse than the previous until yesterday. We were out and needed a late lunch or early dinner so we decided to give it one more shot. Figured, worse case we can fill up on bread and soup. We walked in and sat down immediately. Derek, our server was quick to introduce himself, get our drinks and take our appetizer orders. We then ordered our meals and enjoyed a good linner (lunch/dinner). Derek checked on us and made sure everything was good and our drinks were full the entire time. His pleasant attitude and attentiveness to us coupled with the food being prepared properly made for a great visit. As we were leaving, we all agreed that Derek was probably the best server we have ever had, anywhere. Thank you.
