So here we are, looking for a place to eat and celebrate a bit, 2 birthday girls, and newlyweds. We ended up deciding on Olive Garden. As we entered, I told the hostess we were celebrating, and she knew exactly which server to assign us to, T was awesome, and I mean that. Her attention to detail and her upbeat attitude truly made our visit memorable. I’m usually not an Olive Garden fan, but this one won me over.

Our server, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Decided to post due to the waitress attitude…The waitress seemed nice enough but had an attitude when I asked for a glass to pour a beer into. Just gave me a look and walked away without saying anything. This is what I said “I am sorry, could I please get a glass for this?” was going to give a nice thank you but she stormed off. 15 minutes later (with beer sitting) she plants the glass and storms off. I said thank you very much but I doubt she heard me. When we finished, took forever to get her attention to get a bill. She likely probably assumed we were going to pay with the tablet. I normally tip 40-50% everywhere I go … I don’t expect top service and will overlook issues as long as the server is nice (I understand it can be tough at time s). Been a long time since I went under that range. Bill was $76 and was going to leave a $100 (31%). She passed by and just dropped the bill. No comment – just placed on the table and took off. Maybe things are different in Huntsville but I am used to getting those mint chocolates with the bill. Is that a huge deal? No but then I think about only asking once early on for refills when we didn’t need it and only one basket of bread sticks, I decided the hell with this – I took the money back and took time to arrange the money to be just 15% tip. Tired of people having a chip on their shoulder for no reason.

The food is delicious, variety of pasta dishes and very rich desserts. Recently arrived in this area I have been with my family twice to eat. The first time the waitress was careless and to order something else she was missing. The second time we were served by another waitress and it was excellent service. It can be a very good place but if there is bad customer service that damages everything.

Went for my birthday dinner. First thing we encounter was a host who looked very confused. They didn’t even offer us to sit in the bar area. We just asked, got a yes and did so. Server was horrible. She let our beers sit at the end of the bar for ayleast 7-10 minutes. Had to get another server get them for us and napkins. Needless to say we gave her a good tip for doing that for us. Then I asked for more Alfredo sauce and it didn’t come until after I was done eating. I very rarely tip less than 20%. But our service was so bad we tipped less than 80%. So, don’t waste your time or money going there. They have gone downhill so much we will not be returning.

Wow, it was a real nice visit. My wife and I like to enjoy a nice glass of wine before ordering (order a bottle) and then enjoy a glass with lunch/dinner. Rae was excellent, and she said when we were ready to order, just put the menus at the edge of the table…what a great idea. We did, she did, and we enjoyed. She was a great host for our lunch out. The restaurant was hopping too and all the wait staff and bussing staff was on it. I’ll return to this Olive Garden for sure. As far as management? Please let your staff know about great ratings like this. They deserve to be applauded.

We love Olive Garden we went to celebrate my granddaughter’s & my son in law’s birthday’s this evening our usual waiter he didn’t have our table this night and our service was slacking to say the least , maybe she was very busy or had to many tables that night who knows . We never received more salad or bread stick after we asked and I assume it was the manager / male he assured us they where on the way ♀️ when he passed our table and asked us if everything was good
