Very crowded, the manager was trying his best, but we were seated and waited about 20 minutes after being seated before a waiter showed up to take our drink order. After I drink my first glass of coke the waiter didn’t refill it until after I was done eating, it was empty before I got my food. Our appetizer didn’t come out until after we were done eating. There was 4 of us, and we all got salad. The one bowl of salad for all 4 of us to share was all we got, along with only getting 6 bread sticks the entire time we were there. We saw the waiter 3 times the entire visit. The food was great, but the service was a 1.

My experience was absolutely horrendous, and very disappointing. I purchased the lunch special about a month ago and it was not done right, so I called in and voiced my concerns, and the gal told me to return and she gave me her name but she said she wasn’t the manager, about an hour later I got a chance to speak to Kim the manager and she told me she would replace it on my next visit. I was in the area today and I called and asked to speak to Kim and she said she would replace my whole meal, but once I got there with my receipt it was a different story! she looked at the date and said she wasn’t there at the time and that the other girl was not a manager and that I needed to take it up with the general manager and I told her I don’t need to speak to the general manager for $10 lunch special if she wanted to just replace the salad I was okay with that just do not put olives in my salad. But the way she made me feel she acted as is if I was going to hijack the place! it was an awful awful experience and I would never go back!! she lied on the phone she lied to my face and I’m very disappointed in her non-professionalism

Olive Garden has been around for awhile. I haven’t there for a long time. Good to know the still got it. We had a young kid about 18 that was our server cant remember his name but he tall light skin with blk curly hair. He said he working to get a car and then go to college. He was amazing. Good to know young kids out here doing great things. Food was good, but my bread sticks were a little hard. Star lost because of that.
