I didn’t like this restaurant because it had a bad smell. It smelled sour and unclean. the floors were awful. It needs a lot of cleaning outside and especially inside. The food was halfway decent, the waitress did good job but overall this would not be my first choice anymore.

I ordered ‘Tour of Italy’ for pickup. Everything seemed good and normal until I was eating the lasagna and ended up with a plastic wrapper in my mouth. It was balled up pretty small but after I spit it out and unraveled it, it was actually a large piece of plastic that I could have accidentally swallowed.

Excellent service. Owen our waiter was very helpful and very efficient. We were there for my sister’s birthday. She and myself both use walkers. We were seated at the perfect table. As always OG food was delicious!

The food and service were great, but the restaurant was very very dirty. We came in maybe 15 minutes after open and there was chunks of food all over the floor not only under our table but under other tables as well. We were sat at a booth and there was food stuffed into the seat. Our utensils were dirty as well.

Decided to go to Olive Garden for a birthday celebration! Ended up being a horrible experience. I ordered the chicken parm. It had a frozen taste to it or as if it was old and just warmed back up with cheese and sauce on top. Not going to discredit our server, she was awesome. However, the manager that I spoke to regarding my entree-it’s like she knew the food was horrible. She didn’t seem to care, apologize, nor even really speak on the matter. She gets to the table, didn’t introduce herself, say hey, or even rectified the situation with communicating. We could’ve went to any restaurant to celebrate a birthday, we regretfully wish we could’ve went somewhere else. Poor quality and service should not be what you experience at Olive Garden.

I had a very bad experience and had to leave. They added croutons to the salad after being asked not too because of gluten sensitivity. They had to bring another one. Then the waitress told me they couldn’t make something that I always get at my hometown. Then, I ordered something with gluten-free noodles. It took a very long time to get. When it finally got there it wasn’t made gluten free:/ I left… if I would have sent it back there’s no telling what I would get back.

The Wilmington Olive Garden has always been a great location. I have eaten at multiple Olive Gardens. I’ve eaten at this one a total of 4 times now. This one ranks among the best.. though I must say, if I’m going to be truthful, this last visit was a bit disappointing.
