We had dinner before a movie across the way at Phoenix. We got there around 6pm and had about a 20 minute wait before we got seated. Our server took our drink order and brought them right away then came back a few minutes later to take our food order when we were ready. We got our food about 10 after 7pm. The world is short-staffed everywhere it seems, so prepare accordingly if you have time sensitive plans as we did.

Okay, since Covid, many businesses are short staffed. I personally love Olga’s and have eaten at this restaurant and location many times before. The service was very slow. There were only 2 waitresses for the whole dinner rush in the restaurant. After more than a 30 min wait, the food was Luke warm. I had the fried chicken Olga. It’s a breaded tender. However, the breaded part was soft because it appeared to not be fried or prepared appropriately. The Fries were soft and cold as if they were cooked in a heated manner. Just overall, the food was not good. This is a 1st for thi location.

Excellent Olga sandwich and fries. I don’t live in Michigan anymore so I try to go here whenever I visit. Service was excellent albeit slow due to kitchen staffing issues. Food was consistent. It seems the fries are smaller curls, perhaps cost cutting, getting smaller potatoes. I also miss the old style spice jars they used to have at the tables. Probably were getting stolen.

They have excluded some of our favorites from there menu however, Olga’s will always be a favorite for us. It awesome you offer a great new make it yourself kit at home. Restaurant was clean Staff we’re great. Our waitress handled a very rude customer sitting next to us in a very polite and professional manner. You guys aren’t appreciated as much as you should be sometimes and I just want to say thank you.

Haven’t eaten at Olga’s in years and probably won’t be back after this experience. My coworker ordered carry-out for our team; I helped her pick it up. Ordering over the phone was a hassle. Were told it would be ready in 20 minutes; it ended up taking about 35. Cold cans of Pepsi had been placed in the bag with our hot food. They gave us lemonade instead of Sprite; we did catch that mistake before heading back to work with our order. When we got back we realized there were several mistakes. We were missing our Snackers basket. No dressing on/with the side salads. We only got 2 packets of ketchup per person, when we had asked for extra. Fries were barely warm. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because my original Olga wrap was pretty good. When my coworker called for a refund for the missing items, the lady was not very polite. I will say that the mall was very busy that afternoon due to a large book fair or something. Perhaps the restaurant was not adequately staffed for the occasion which may have contributed to the poor service.

3 times in a row now, I have gone to pick up my food, and someone already took it. This was the first time that I had the time to wait for them to remake it, which they did wrong. Great place to eat if you want the wrong food an hour after you order it. Olgas is my favorite restaurant, but I will never be visiting this location again.

Gave this place a second try. The first time they messed up the order 11/21. A year later 10/22, we received 4 HARD burned pieces of bread with our entrees and soup that were so dried out we couldn’t eat most of the bread. Won’t be back. If they send this hardened bread out, they clearly don’t care about returning customers. Save your money. Or try a different location. But steer clear of the 37612 6 Mile Rd in Livonia location. Clearly poor management and worse chefs.

It was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday afternoon so service was understandably slow. I had an original Olga that was good. We also had a basket of the always good snackers.

Snackers are still good and the new spicy Olga is actually pretty spicy which was a nice surprise. The rest of the food was okay bit in all fairness never have been big on Olga’s.
