Food was pretty good I love that it was a soul food buffet at a great price. Our waitress was really nice. It was a bit crowded for my taste and maybe because it was Father’s Day. Overall it was cool, different and I would say go check it out for yourself if you love soul food.

Food and service was good but we were charged for water. We were traveling and have traveled all around the world, never been charged for water before. This is definitely a first. For this fact we didn’t return before the end of our trip to this establishment. Things like this makes you loose customers. There is always somewhere else to go with good food. Although the food was good, the desserts choices were not. There was no peach cobbler in the peach state but there was a pineapple cobbler. Don’t know how it taste because I was ready for peach cobbler so I had to go elsewhere to get it.

I wish I had gotten her name, but the server was really great very attentive. They could do a little better with cleaning. Although they do have a good variety of food everything was not so great. The chicken was nice, hot, and good. The cabbage was ok to me I would eat it again. The macaroni could definitely use some tweaking. The catfish I didnt get a chance to try. The fruits of course were canned fruit. The desserts suck. The string beans were also up there with the fried chicken. Last for not least the the gravy for the mashed potatoes had a weird taste. With that being said I still would recommend because you can not beat the price and majority of the food was good. The manager on the other hand when it comes to tips y’all need to get that situated. How th can you not buy something to get cash back for the tip or write the tip down on the receipt. Everybody don’t carry cash. Golden Carrol would have never.

Do not waste your time. It’s a knock off golden coral with people that don’t know how to cook. The gravy tasted like paste.. there was a hair on one of the rolls and all our waitress said was “oops”

We had our daughter birthday party at Ole Time and she had a blast. We called they accommodated. Food from the buffet was delicious and we had no complaints.

Wow! What a wonderful place! I came to Savannah for 5 days and only on day 4 I discovered this wonderful eatery next to my hotel. I highly recommend it! I am originally from Russia but have lived in New York City for 19 years. I am familiar with soul food but I actually wanted to experience soul food in the South. Ole Time’s Country Buffet definitely met my expectations. The variety of food is very extensive and everything tastes sooooo good! The selection of deserts was amazing. Also, the prices are VERY PLEASANT!!! You can get so much for your money. Thank you for this great experience

Come here for lunch all the time with coworkers. They offer a city worker discount which is awesome! The food is always fantastic. The servers are super nice and always fast to keep your drinks refilled. Lots of seating even if you come with a group. Never had an issue here, love it. My favorite buffet in Savannah.

Being from Indiana, buffets are a thing of the past, so finding so many options in Savannah was thrilling. We picked this place because it reminded us of Old Country Buffet.
