Ole Ole was okay okay. The service was absolutely remarkable. One girl manning the phone, to go orders and the dining room. Flawlessly. The food though was just ok. Not a lot of flavor in anything.

Friendly warm greeting and a knowledgeable manager. Best Southwestern food in the Syracuse area. My 10-year-old daughter loved the food as well! I will be returning soon for another Chicken Taco Salad! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

I only went because of the high reviews. This place is not authentic! The salsa was flavorless & watery, the chips are not homemade. They were stale and reminded me of a generic bag of dipping chips. My taco was cold and the pork is disgusting. The “queso” tasted like a cheap white cheese. My enchilada was soggy and the sauce on it was not good at all. The rice was a bright bright orange color with no flavor/seasonings. The manager did comp. our meal and gave us a $15 gift card but I will not be going back. If you want REAL Mexican food, Azteca is where it’s at! I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Nothing about this place is “fresh” or Mexican.

This place is the worst place ever. I gave it a star because it’s the lowest to approve a review. This is not authentic. I had the burrito. The steak was chewy like gum. No seasoning. No taste. Rice was not even cooked right. Chips were hard and stale. The guacamole was the only good thing on table besides the soda. And I paid for my plate when I ate like 5% of the Burrito. I let them know and all I got was a sorry from waitress/cashier. And no discount was given. So upsetting. Not even from Syracuse was on a trip there and I will never visit this place again. July 8th 17 was the date I visited this place and last time I will. If your selling the color red. Make sure is red. Not blue. Places like this will close in the long run if they don’t get there act together. Don’t recommend. I’m a cook myself so I know. So commercial! I apologize to my wife and kids for ruining there day.

Me my husband and our 2 boys ate here and we could smell the food before we even walked in. Our waitress was wonderful, our food was amazing and of course Lenny the owner came to our table to check on us at least 2 times. We all left full and satisfied and it’s really hard to find a place that has big enough portions to fill up my hubby. The prices were also very reasonable. I would recommend Ole Ole to anyone.

Place was hard to find. Unlike most authentic restaurants chips and salsa had to be purchased and the amount you get is not worth the price. Ordered a burrito and paid extra to add the 4 choices of sauce. For a beverage I ordered aa 20oz Mexican coke which was 2.50. Better of ordering fountain drink. The staff was nice but the food to cost didn’t add up. Spending $16 for a meal that was average.

Super excited to have such a great Mexican place in the area. The food was fantastic and prices reasonable. I got the enchiladas and they had the best shredded beef in them! We will be back for sure.

Walking in just shy of 7 pm on a Friday night and the place was empty – it was our first clue. Location is not great, in the far back of a strip mall and a swamp just outside the door. The place was clean, and the young woman who waited on us professional and friendly. We ordered, two appetizers (Bean dip and Loaded Fries.) Both were tasteless, beyond bland, and the chips were made in some other part of the world. Our main dishes were: Tamales; Fish Tacos; Beef Enchiladas, and a Chicken bowl, all served with rice and beans. The beans had NO flavor, the Rice was colored yellow, but had no taste – neither even had salt. I love trying new places, and am always willing to take a risk, but this was a true disappointment. I’ve had tastier food at Taco Bell.

This place is literally amazing. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I go here a few times a month and they know who I am they know what I want to eat and get that chipotle splash you will not be disappointed. It’s amazing. Everything is amazing. The staff is phenomenal, when Lenny is in the kitchen you’re going to have a great night.

When a group of three other people and I went, there were only a couple other tables that were taken at the time. We put our order in (mostly just tacos), and got a side of chips and salsa. The chips were cold, definitely not fresh. Salsa tasted like tomato juice – not good. Waited much longer than normal for food to come out (especially since they were not busy), and when it did, two of the orders were wrong. Tacos themselves were fairly bland. Would not visit again.
