Went for lunch on a rainy Saturday. My wife ordered the taco salad with beef. The hamburger was a little overcooked, but the rest of the salad was great. I ordered the green chili cheeseburger. Good sized burger green chili had just the right amount of heat. Got tator tots as my side perfectly cooked and a lot of them. Our waitress was great. Kept our drinks filled and was very nice.

Delicious breakfast! Pancakes were wonderful as were the biscuits and gravy. My husband loved his western omelet. We would definitely return next time we visit!

Fun atmosphere. Great breakfast food. It was father’s day weekend and this place was very busy. Seating area is quite small yet several large parties 8, 10and 15 arrived. We decided our party of two would likely have to wait a long time to be seated and even perhaps a very long time for food after those 33 people. We decided to give it the 15 min they said it would be to be seated and sure enough we were seated and breakfast arrived in a very reasonable time. Food has always been good. If you go on a weekend and a holiday weekend expect it will be crowded.

We had an amazing experience at Old Tymers Cafe! First time here and I love these people! The level of customer service was off the chart! In fact, I don’t know how they can match it again. We had the best family pizza experience and will definitely be back!

One in our group got a pancake that was the size of the plate. It looked pretty thick, also. Everyone else got breakfast food and enjoyed it. I got fried shrimp which were the frozen kind but I expected they would be. The French fries were the crinkle kind. They do have a kids menu. They start breakfast at 7 and are normally open through lunch. But sometimes they close at 12pm.

classic American diner with good atmosphere and a biker theme. the walls were covered with cool memorabilia. the food was great and they had all the typical options you’d expect from an American diner. the staff was super nice and attentive

Old Tymers Cafe. Located in a small resort town called Red River. Mostly a ski resort but summers offer bikes, hiking and other stuff. Nice little mile long town. Anyway the food. Main reason I went here… pancakes. They have really big pancakes! You can order 1,2, or 3. Three is a “challenge” if you don’t complete it you have to wash your dishes. If you do, you get a shirt. I actually only had one, thinking they’d be bigger. They were great pancakes. We also had the pork chop with eggs and hash. Also all very good. Thin pork chops, perfectly done eggs and nice crispy hash browns. Service was friendly and fast. We were seated immediately when we got there- but we lucked out on timing, I can see how this place can quickly get a wait, it’s not huge. Great prices. The giant pancake was only $3.50. I wish this place wasn’t a 3 hour drive from home, I’d eat here often!

Great service here! This has typical diner-style breakfasts. Blueberry pancakes had fresh blueberries. Pretty good coffee too.
