Chop weiner was really awful, tasted like bbq sauce and vinegar was in the chilli…slaw was a mustard baste and very dry. Sorry this was a mis for me. Maybe it’s great to someone else..I’m not knocking it …it just not my flavor.

Went to support new owners. Customer service was good. I hate to say this but the rib sandwich was not good. I never liked old plantation sauce so I was glad it wasn’t the same but the ribs were not tender. The sauce dripped off the ribs. They were lacking in all aspects. Taste more like oven baked ribs. I really wished for better.

The mustard BBQ sauce is to die for. I had a rib plate with cole slaw, baked beans and a sweet tea. Get some lemon cake to wash it all down and somewhere comfy to take a nap afterwards.

I have been going here for 10 years now. I love seeing the same faces with big smiles. The Friendliest staff and if you don’t know about this place. You should. Best BBQ in town. I crave the red hots, hot dogs, with chili once a week. Pricing is affordable and if you are in need the Plate, a little bit of everything for 5$ will get you through. Landmark.

My coworker told me they were closed and not planning to reopen…I was devastated. This will forever be one of my favorite memories to eat in Chattanooga rushing around during a work day and stopping for the most delicious dog all the way. My prayers for the family and their health.
