I can’t begin to say enough amazing things about this place! Every time I go here I have the best experience and I always receive the highest quality service. My go to meal is the Organic Wild King Salmon with Brussel Sprouts it’s perfection!! It has this sweet sauce that takes the salmon to another level. I usually do the Zucchini Chips for an app and they are always crispy and delicious. I’m not much of a dessert person but we ordered the s’mores brownie sundae and it was beyond delicious. This is definitely my go to Saturday Night spot and I just found out the extended their hours at the bar and serve a special menu too so this may be my go to friday night spot too lol. Seriously try it for yourself and you will thank me!

I went to Old Fields this week for a friend’s birthday dinner. After hearing such great things I was really excited to try this place and it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself is tucked away in a cute corner and inside the warm furniture and soft lighting make for a really cozy ambiance. Our server, Kathy, was absolutelyfantastic. Not only was she so warm and friendly, she took the time to understand our tastes and recommendmenu items that would make our taste budssing. There are so many ways to customize and combine menu items – who knew! We got a few apps but my favorite one was the zucchini chips, which came with the most amazing pesto dip. I was nearly full by the time dinner came around, but my short rib was perfectly tender and very flavorful. Combined with the polenta, it made for the best comfort food on a rainy night. Kathy helped us choose a dessert board for the table and the crowd favorite was the s’mores sundae, hands down! I had cabernet to drink but I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fun cocktails that were on the menu. And I certainly hope we get Kathy – she is an absolutegem and made our evening such a pleasure!

I came into town to visit a friend and this is one of her go to places. We went for some drinks and apps. It was delightful! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. I was worried one of the cocktails would be too sweet, but they made sure to put less of the sweetener in it. We ordered the calamari (YUM!), zucchini chips (very salty) and the beet salad (YUM!). I’m excited to come back next time I visit Port Jeff

Awesome place! Been going here for years and it’s gets better and better. Staff is super attentive and always gives great service. Get the short rib you won’t be disappointed. Pair it with creamed spinach or the Mac and cheese and you will have the best dinner ever.

This place is excellent! I’m writing this review after my fourth dinner in three years, and I can say that the quality of the place and the food is excellent. I drove almost two hours from Brooklyn to have dinner here. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is really good: last time we had French onion soup that was superlative, then a burger and fish and chips, everything good, but in the past I tried the chicken, salmon and steak: good! Parking lot right in front the restaurant

Great as usual. Nothing super fancy but nothing I could call “basic”. Solid options, occasionally something really interesting pops up on the menu. Service is always nice and the space is equal parts inviting, trendy and intimate. Also, the serve some of the better quality steaks in the area within +-30miles, in regards to meat quality, cook execution and accoutrement.

This Establishment is extremely well run. They went out of their way to make my wife and I have an extremely pleasant time on our anniversary dinner. The food was amazing, the wait staff even better… And the manager often came over to check in on us. I highly recommend this restaurant… Truly the best of the best

Well, this restaurant is well worth the trip. Decided to go to Port Jefferson and try this little gem. The ladies working the door were very friendly and outgoing. The waiter was knowledgeable of the menu and was also able to ensure that our guest was who is gluten free was able to get the items she wanted. I unfortunately dont remember his name. He was young in appearance and well trained. The food was prepared to perfection. We did skip dessert as we were stuffed. Will most definitely go back to this location. I ordered the skirt steak at the recondition of the waiter, and it most definitely was a great choice.

My daughter took me out for Mother’s Day, and I really had no idea of where we were going. There were six of us, and everyone agreed that the food was fabulous. Our waiter, Franko, went out of his way to make sure that we got what we wanted, and always had a smile on his face. The atmosphere was like an old English pub with the friendliest servers I have ever seen Do yourself a favor and eat at this perfect restaurant!!!!!!!!!
