Cashier was very pleasant. I ordered a full hot dog box and a cheeseburger box to go. I ordered extra onions on the cheeseburger but did not get them. Could not eat the french fries in either box because they were burnt soggy and tough like they had been cooked 2 days ago Re cooked and burnt and sat there to get tough. I will not be back. I would rather drive all the way out to the Sunrise Restaurant where are the food is freshly cooked . wish I could post a picture of the sorry wasted

Close the grill at 2:00! My husband left at 3:00 to get two double cheeseburger boxes and tenders which they did not have. It is now 4:06 and two of the cheeseburger boxes fries are cold, he was charged for someone else’s meal although was reimbursed for that. This is why I personally stop going to this establishment at least 3 years ago. There’s absolutely no excuse for the lack of service preparedness and attentiveness which led him to spend over 50 minutes waiting for food.

The food is good, never had a problem with that or the service or the building. It’s all good. My thing is, I feel like every time I go up there, another patron is getting into an argument with someone up there. More often than not, it’s people arguing for the sake of arguing. If I want that experience, I’ll go to Medieval Times.

The burgers here used to be so good but something happened. The last two burgers I got the meat did not taste right. There used to be thin sliced onion now its thick slab. There is so much mustard you can barely taste the tainted meat. Just when I was thinking it was just my taste buds that had the meat tasting funny I took another bite and hit the whole salt and pepper shaker in one small bite of the burger. This experience happened twice before I said never again.

I see a lot of recent one star reviews I should have paid attention to. I tried this place because I heard how good it used to be. My food took longer than other orders that just came placed their order got food and left. So I figured maybe a burger takes longer than the other orders. After returning to work late with my precious burger that took so long I took one bite and threw it in the trash. If you want to ruin your entire lunch break try this place it will be horrible.

I’ve been eating Old Delmae’s cheeseburgers and fries for years. They are awesome! The burgers are handmade patties and cooked fresh as you wait. The fries are fresh cut and my favorite of any in town. Whenever I want a great burger I will go out of my way to get one at Old Delmae. Today, I decided to order something different from my norm and got the handmade beer battered chicken tenders and homemade onion rings. I now have a new favorite! On another note, their breakfasts are great too. They have the best egg and cheese sandwiches and they will make them how you want them. I can honestly say that I have never had a meal from here that has disappointed!

I’ve heard amazing things about Old Delmae’s food. I went by on 5/25/2021 and ordered a cheeseburger box at the price of $7.50. My fries were not done and VERY GREASY!! I had to throw my fries in the trash and my burger was TASTELESS!! No salt, pepper or seasoning of any kind. Staff was friendly but I won’t go back unless I can cook my own food!! Save your money!!

I go to this store often but as of today I will never go back due to the owner not valuing his customers. I called to make a complaint tried to assist with him checking into this as he asked me a time frame so tell him what he needed to look for to know he was in the correct time frame and he states ” That has nothing to do with your complaint’ well yes sir it does because it happened during my business trip. Find more help than burnt out looking hags who do not have customer service skills.

I have been ordering breakfast from here for years but something had changed in the past few months. The bacon,egg, and cheese sandwich no longer as good as It was. Bacon is grizzle and bread is never toasted enough even when I asked specifically for that. For $5 I just expect more that what i have been receiving. Its like night and day on the food.
