Food was pretty good, but service is severely lacking. We had 3 servers total (not sure why) and none seemed properly trained and all acted extremely unprofessional. We were greeted with, “Ya wanna order some food?” when our first server came to our table. She couldn’t remember the soups for the day (there were only two), dropping glasses, etc. It seems like a train wreck honestly. I understand they still may be short-staffed, but it seemed like these servers were literally just brought in off the streets with no training whatsoever. My hamburger was supposed to have blue cheese crumbles (my favorite part!) but when I got my burger, I only noticed blue cheese salad dressing. I asked server #2 about it but then she got preoccupied reminiscing with the table next to us (I had finished all of my fries while waiting…) so I hunted down server #1 (who was now behind the bar) and she tells me they are out. Our glasses never got refilled without prompting (even reaches over my completely empty glass to set down the ketchup). It took nearly 15 min to get our check after asking for it, so finally my husband hunted down a server to go retrieve it. My burger was actually very tasty and the fresh cut fries were also good, Due to the lacking service, I’m not sure we will be back which is a shame because we live local and have always enjoyed the food here.

The staff was complaint through the restaurant. The wings were okay but it took an hour to get our food. The positive side was they got the kids food out as soon as possible and that was appreciated. I’ll come back and rate better but that kitchen staff really needs to get themselves back on track. I’m eating the stars I did because the waitress we had tried her best to keep her sanity and was doing everything she could while waiting for the food to be done.

The garlic cheese bites are so good. Also has really good wings and flavors. Friendly staff and the basement remodel is awesome. Will miss pool table and bar downstairs but excited for entertainment and outside seating. Good prices, big portions and nice atmosphere.

i just had breakfast there two hours ago. I wanted steak and eggs and home fries. There were no home fries, no substitutions, BUT the same price. So I ordered chipped ham on toast. They forgot to toast the bread. When I said mentioned it to my server, she just shrugged. I will not go back.
