Wow. I googled restaurants near my while heading to Amarillo. I ordered the fish tacos – I had to order a shrimp as suggested by my waitress, Tiffany… because they were so good. The shrimp was even better. My husband got a hamburger with blue bell ice cream. Perfect for him. Loved it.

We decided to give this place a try while passing through. We were greeted like old friends the moment we walked in. Jalapeño poppers were great. I had Chicken Fried Steak. It was real hand breaded steak not that frozen stuff some places serve. I ate all I could and took 1/2 with me. It was delicious!! My husband had the hamburger steak. He said it was delicious and the portion was perfect. We plan on making this a regular stop when passing through Quanah.

If you’re hungry for some good food, you should get off the main highway through town and stop at the Old Bank Saloon. I’ve been driving through here for years and never stop to eat because I only knew about the places along the highway that werent the greatest. Good food and great people that are happy to serve out of towners here! We couldnt go inside because we have dogs and the nice lady inside brought our food out to us.
