Who would have “thunk it”?! This quaint little “Down Home” Restaurant serves up a pretty good country style breakfast at a very reasonable price!!

At least some things never change! A great place to relax and enjoy a good old fashioned meal. My grandparents used to take me here as a kid and it’s just as good now as it was then.

I eat breakfast at this restaurant on a weekly basis. I can’t tell you much about lunch, but their breakfast is amazing. Price is cheap. Service is attentive and friendly. My personal favorite is their chip beef and gravy. It is killer (in the good way and the more literal bad way). If you visit Colonial Beach, make sure you get a spot here for breakfast. Note, this restaurant is not fancy or updated inside. It has had the same decor for decades. It also has had the same amazing cooks and employees for decades and they know how to rock some good eats. If it isn’t obvious, I HIGHLY recommend you get some breakfast here.

A great little diner that served us an amazing breakfast. The hotcakes tasted just like the ones my southern grandma makes. Service was so friendly and welcoming and my husband could not stop raving about the eggs. Definitely will be back when we visit Colonial Beach again.

Hamburgers were awesome, great flavor, juicy and thick. Definitely get your money’s worth. The onion rings must’ve been cooked in old grease, they had a smell to ’em that wasn’t good…1st bite was enough for me. Service was ok.. had to get several condiments ourselves. I’d stop by again though I’d avoid the onion rings

This place came highly recommended and it was perfect . It’s a small place seating says 52 but that would be very tight. It’s where the locals eat. Had breakfast and I thought my granny was in the kitchen. Eggs were cooked just right. Over light not easy to do. Hash browns were real cut up potatoes. The waitress was very friendly. We asked for a recommendation for crabs and she told us were she liked and got some of the regulars to give us others and directions. Good down home feel

Top notch home cooking. Best food we’ve found in Colonial Beach thus far. They’re using quality ingredients which makes a huge difference and they’re cooking it really well. We had an absolutely delicious lunch.

I’m not sure to start by the small town welcoming feel or the amazing corned beef hash i had. Seating is small and limited but this place is definitely worth giving a try! I look forward to coming back soon while in the area for work. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Best place hands down to get breakfast. I’m positive their other food is great too, but when we vacation at Colonial Beach, Ola’s is our place. Staff is so friendly. Not a big place. Has a few barstools to eat at and then about 9 tables. Fills up quick.
