While driving west on Route 66 I stopped in a place called Okie Family Barbecue, what a great surprise! Best tasting barbecue pulled pork ever! My mouth is watering just thinking about it, made fresh daily! Do not miss this stop on your road trip. Definitely worth it!

My daughter just started as a cook here, and reports that it is, “BBQ manna from heaven… with great prices to match. A great deal of attention to detail and love is given to each dish offered. It’s more like eating at a family member’s house than being in a restaurant. Right off of Route 66, both old and current, you can’t miss it!!!
