This place is my new go to Sushi Restaurants in Valencia. The service was great, and they had a cute little outdoor area set up on the sidewalk. We ordered some salmon, albacore, and live shrimp sushi, etc. Everything tasted delicious, and the fish was fresh! Moreover, their rice was amazing. It had this perfect hint of sweetness that only legit sushi spots have. We will definitely be back to try Ramens and sushi soon. It’s such a great and affordable sushi spot!

Food is pretty great! I asked for the spicy chicken ramen and lemme tell you— it’s spicy! Of course in a good way! Im the type of person who keeps asking for Japanese restaurants to add more and more spice because it was never spicy enough. This was perfect! Even then che/manager checked on me and said “is it spicy enough?” The staff is very nice and friendly, always checked on me. The atmosphere is cool too. The kitchen was so CLEAN! I was able to sit right in front of the kitchen and took a picture which made me even happier to order from here! Definitely will keep coming here during my stay out here~!

Not bad but not a perfect experience at Okawa Sushi & Ramen – our choice this time for “date night” here in the SCV. My wife and I kept it simple. She got the Salmon Lover roll, which she thought was good. I got the Tofu Ramen – I had them make it with regular ramen noodles instead of the spinach it was listed with. Overall it was good but I realized it didn’t have a few of the ingredients listed…spinach, nori and onions. I asked the server about it and she had them redo it, though apparently they were out of spinach. I would have preferred them tell me that than to be given a bowl with missing ingredients and no explanation. They did add the nori and onions and I enjoyed what I ate (even without the spinach.)

Spicy miso tonkotsu . On to the best soup in town . Spicy level is 9 of info 10 . The flavors are bold, sweet, soft , crunchy, buttery and aromatic and delicious. Well balance . Great for a lunch meal . Definitely coming back.

For a new restaurant they’re off to a good start! We’ve tried many of the local favorites (Kinza, Achita, etc.) but we wanted to try someplace new. Okawa showed up in the search and the reviews were quite positive. And for a good reason. The sushi was very well presented. Sushi rice tasted great and the fish was fresh. We tried the super white tuna and the hamachi sushi. Both were excellent especially the super white tuna. They had a very good selection of special rolls as well as traditional roles all quite reasonably priced. We had the dragon roll and the fancy hot roll. Both were delicious. We also had the vegetable tempura which was outstanding. Big portions and very light and crispy. Not greasy at all. Also, our server was very friendly and attentive. We’re definitely returning to try their ramen!

SO good, I went here on my lunch break and was on a time crunch (hence the empty bowl picture i was hungry lol) . I love it here, I had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so yum, brought back a take out menu for the office 🙂 ALSO for a ramen spot in Valencia it’s definitely one of the more affordable spots ! 10/10 highly recommend <3

This place is amazing. I had the black garlic Ramen dish and green tea mochi ice cream. They had only 2 waiters and almost completely full restaurant, so there is some slack to be given to the waiters. They are new so just give them some slack if you go there.
