5 stars! The best egg rolls I’ve had ever! Food is cheap and fully portioned with delicious taste, especially when you get it fresh from the kitchen. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and left Cali a few years ago. I came back and tried it again, and it’s still just as good! It’s a whole in the wall spot with 2 or 3 tables with limited seating and showing its age it can look visually off-putting, but trust me, there’s a saying never trust a clean mechanic. With that said, I’ve never gotten food poisoning here, so I can’t complain

Retun visit after many years. Fried chicken (wings) was very reasonably priced with generous portions sizes. Good taste. Other fried chicken varieties not available at Highland Park. Chow Mein and Orange Chicken decent also with generous portion sizes. Basic menu, no frills type of take out. Would return.

I don’t know why people would grade this place harshly. You know what you’re getting when you come here: cheap, fast chinese take-out food. Highlights are the fried chicken (the seasoning is incredible!) and the portion sizes of everything. Also love the milk teas. Cash only. They have party trays at great prices as well, just call ahead to order. For parties and gatherings, the fried chicken is always a hit. I hope this place stays in Highland Park forever.

HORRIBLE customer service. The cashier was so rude. She seems like she’s bitter about something, she doesn’t even smile. We asked how the beef broccoli was and if we can try it before and all she said “it’s good” and ignored the fact that we asked her about sampling it before. DO NOT COME HERE. foods not even that great…. she needs to be working in the back AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS.
