Clean, good AC, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, seaweed salad had great flavor, EXCELLENT RICE, Yakiton is . They also have a Chinese menu with DIM SUM that I will be back for.

Oishi sushi is definitely worth the waiting! It has rich flavors and tastes a little crisps on the bottom. The crazy monkey has a good looking and also tastes great! The seaweed salad has high quality and stronger flavors than those I bought from market. The cucumber salad is good too. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing sushi, such a fantastic selection. And all you can drink hot sake?? Yes please. A terrific experience every time we visit. Great for a small intimate dinner or for a good sized party (we just had 7 easily accommodated). Wonderful!

Went in for lunch on our Anniversary. They actually show that they are happy to have you in their establishment. Service was excellent & Sushi was Amazing. Highly recommend over any other Sushi restaurant in Carson City!!!

I love the fact that they offer a plate with 3 rolls and two appetizers for an amazing price. This has been a weekly spot for me to order from. I can bring it home after a long day at work and the food is always fresh and wonderful.

Sushi is decent but compared to other restaurants I’d say the quality at Oishi is middle of the road. Their dine in service is criminally slow as well. They prioritize door dash orders over table guests so be prepared to sit there a very long time if you go on the weekend or during dinner.

We love it here! To top of the other sushi place in town! Our norm sushi place for the weekend! Service is fast and food is amazing as always!

My favorite sushi spot in Carson. Love the Lily, and my daughter mow’s down on the polar bear hand roll. Its a bit hole in the wall type of place, and service isn’t amazing, but the food more than makes up for the rest. Wish they had more space, I had to wait 10 min at 3pm on a Sunday because they were packed wall to wall.
