This shabu shabu is one of the best I’ve ever been to!! They have cute robots that bring your meats, and say bye when their done with a cute face! I went crazy for them. It’s an all you can eat Japanese shabu restaurant with options of broth to choose from and had a veggie, seafood, and sauce bar. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s best to pay cash because they did not accept more than one card…We will definitely be back.

Great price for lunch. It’s buffet style so you can order as much meat as you want. Clean and good service. The broth is flavorful and everything else is fresh.

First time here and I was impressed. The price for all you can eat is very reasonable for socal ($31) and th Sapporo was only $6. Cheapest I have seen outside of Japan.

Recommended by a friend, this shabu has a clean environment and offers a wide selection of vegetables, seafood, deli items, and sauces at the bar. Each table has its own induction cooker for heating. I ordered the Tonkotsu soup and preferred the lamb and rib eye. It’s a wonderful place to have dinner and chat with friends.

Went to Oishi Shabu Shabu for the 1st time last Friday. Our server was top notch. While the food is tasty, I did NOT like the rice, fried chicken and takoyaki in the buffet area – which were the 4 out of 6 or 7 non-shabu items they have. None were even slightly warm. They were cold. Obviously has been sitting on the buffet table for a long period of time. I asked the cook to refill the chicken and takoyaki, as there were like 7pcs of takoyaki & 3 pcs of chicken left – all cold. They didn’t budge and waited until there was 1 piece of chicken left. The Pepsi I got was watered down so I asked to have it replaced. The new glass of Pepso tastes the same- watered down. MAJORITY of the plates they have on the lower part of the buffet tables were DIRTY! We were supposed to get the Wagyu $54 ayce, but up I’m glad we decided to get the cheaper option since this is our first time at this restaurant. All these left a bad taste in my mouth.

We were looking for a good all you can eat hot pot buffet, and we found it here at oishi shabu shabu, in Irvine. Great place that specialize in wagyu beef in seafood buffet.

Robots service was a really cool touch! Personalized stove top burners at every table was fantastic to keep soups/foods hot, cooking, and delicious. Also with a great food bar selection to cook your favorite food options! Very clean and friendly classy service! Extra fee for food waste is a bit excessive, since the meal price should already cover this expense. I was still able to eat all my food, so this wasn’t a problem for me. The meal price is not cheap because the food quality and cleanliness is superb! I highly recommend this phenomenal restaurant!

We have a great time at Oishi! The food was great, with good quality meat and fresh vegetables. The costumer service was great and their staff were kind! Even the robots were fun and nice to see moving around. The price was very reasonable and good! Highly recommended!
