Great find in Scarborough. Sashimi was excellent. Rolls were huge. Hibachi grilled salmon and fried rice had decent cook on it. Customer service was excellent.

So far for me, this is the best sushi place! Kinda funny but it’s directly next to a car wash and honestly it’s not the coziest place. But they have the best peppered tuna tataki! Excellent sushi rolls and great fast service! Everything is beautiful. Great avocado Kani salad too!!

Absolutely love this place. Great food, friendly staff, clean and nice atmosphere. My favorite food to get here is the coconut shrimp as well as filet mignon. It’s always good when I go here when I’m in the Scarborough area. Would recommend this place.

We went here on a total whim, and were pleasantly surprised by the experience! Our waitress (only their third day on the job) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. The food was AMAZING! I saw the oven roasted Hamachi collar on the appetizer menu, gave it a shot and was absolutely blown away by it. There were at least 5 different types of distinct muscles and flesh on there that had wildly different textures and flavors, all roasted perfectly. 10/10, highly recommend

Take out food has always been exceptionally consistent and well made. The customer service is really lacking in personality though – the people behind the register barely look you in the eye. Dining environment is a total zero. They improved nothing with the decor since new ownership.

Oishi is AWESOME! they have a large menu of authentic Japanese cuisine. They have a diverse and delicious sushi menu that seems to cover vegetarians and carnivores alike. Their staff is friendly, accommodating and QUICK. They have a large parking lot and plenty of seating inside. I will be back!

First time last weekend over with a “foodie”. We both craved the pork katsu although his was the donburi. We had the sushi pizza, too. Interesting! Clean place, courteous servers. Lots on the menu to try in future dine-ins.
