The food is so so for chineese. Service is terrible. Double check your order before you leave. Or they will try to say your lying if something is wrong. I used to spend about $50 an order about once a week. No longer after the hard time we were given after they forgot some fried rice. I really hope it was worth it.

Ordered through gadsden to go today. Couldn’t eat it as soon as I opened the container all I smelled was mildew. I tasted it and low and behold it tasted just like mildew.

Food tasted great and very affordable. BUT… service was terrible. The waiter was super rude and never checked on us. Also, we have found a hair in our food multiple times eating here.

Customer service can go a long way!! Ive ordered through a delivery service my first time and food was great.. Rude customer service on both in store visits… lady at register seems inconvenienced when I ask for the fortune cookie they have left out both times… my last visit i found a hair in my food and the lady rudely remarks “no hair!!” with attitude so I showed her and stated I wanted a refund instead.. not sure if she heard me but they just remade the order.. she gave me the same bag back and was very rude….. I will not be back nor recommend this rainbow city location…

Best Asian dishes I have ever had. The Shrimp was fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The wasabi rocked. And the sauces on the Asian Sesame Chicken and the Kung Pao Shrimp were awesome.

I cannot express enough on just how wonderful Oishi is! My husband and I eat here at least twice a month and it is easily our favorite restaurant in the Gadsden/Rainbow City area. The portions are wonderful for the amount you pay and the service is great! We 100% recommend!
