We craft Southern smokehouse comfort with a twist. We offer slow smoked meats, smoked in-house, scratch made sides, and Chef Tim’s award-winning sauces. What started as a food truck to keep our staff employed during a pandemic, has blossomed into a busy restaurant and catering business. We still have the trucks for catering and festival events, but the restaurant gives our loyal BBQ fans a consistent presence in Dubois County.
We have now expanded into a full-service restaurant with lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. We can’t wait to see you!

Our servicer was very nice. She had plenty of recommendations and apologized when our drinks didn’t come out right away due to the bartender being backed up. The Bourbon chicken was the best chicken I have ever had. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cheesy grits were delicious too.

I squealed like a pig with joy when my custom food I ordered was ready. I ordered 2 brisket and chicken tacos, with their cheese crumbles, bacon, and signature OINK sauce. This meal had me over the moon with how fresh the meat was.

The food is always good! Unique menu items to Oink Inc. such as the fan favorite totchos. They’re catering is great too! Good spot to stop in and eat lunch or order to go. They always have our orders ready. They are always busy and sometimes there is a little bit of a wait on busier nights but normally seated less than 5 min. My only complaint is at least 3 times I have been for lunch and dinner (normally dinner) our waitress has not refilled our drinks. I have been when another waiter/waitress or bartender has refilled our drinks but we are usually without a drink for our meal. It is usually loud as it seems echo-y so it’s hard to have any type of lunch/dinner meeting or talking across the table to whom you are there with. Prices are middle ground from $11-15 for a meal and 1 side. Of course if you get a steak it will be more.

We were in town for the weekend and had dinner there. Even though it was 30 minutes before they closed, everyone was very kind and friendly! Especially our server, Lilly!! The food was all absolutely delicious!! We had the pork BBQ, ribs, smoked sausage, and brisket. It was by far the best BBQ we had had in years!!! Wonderful place, people, and food!!!

Air vent was loud, could not even carryon a conversation. Food was not good. Brisket was dry, and bourbon chicken tastes like they just poured a bottle of honey on it. Hashbrown casserole was under cooked. Will definitely not go back.

**Update -food was mediocre at best and again they forgot the sauce. Had to choke down the meat which was the problem the first time when I had to drive back and get sauce and the female at the window was BEYOND RUDE. That’s what the problem was the first time, I’m not emailing you to tell you what you probably already know mediocre food and bad customer service. Way too expensive for this!**
