I placed an order on-line after trying to order by phone 3 times and only getting a busy signal. I placed my order at 11:05 am. On-line said the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes/11:35 am. I went on my break from work and got there at 11:38ish. My food wasn’t brought out to me until 12:10. I wound up missing my entire lunch break and getting back to work late. While the food was good, the wait time was entirely unnecessary when I placed my order more than 30 minutes prior to arriving to pick it up. And there was one person there before I got there and two who came in after who were also left waiting for a long time.

Wish I could say ik how the food is but the service over the phone was horrible… nothing from the online menu or ordering service was available n some of the menu items aren’t even updated or available in store… then they ask u like u stupid what kind of sandwich u want when they menu not even available… then my man just gives me 4 options instead of the full menu available… also… a chopped cheese doesn’t come wit another meat option.. a chopped cheese is halal beef.. so idk y I was asked like i was stupid…
