This is Salt & Smoke but inside a Schnucks, lined up like a food court. It’s extremely convenient. We ordered the night before to pick up on Father’s Day. Sugar fire and Daily’s were sold out already. Definitely a great find and super handy since you can then grab other items in the store after getting your order.

Smelled delicious and service was fast and friendly. I got a cheeseburger with fries and a burnt end sandwich with potato salad. The burnt end sandwich was technically the brisket sandwich but they scrounged up burnt ends for me, which I appreciated.

I’ve got to be honest. When I saw that this place was in a grocery store, I almost opted out. Especially with the construction we had to drive through today to get there, it seemed the logical choice, but I’m so glad I cast logic to the winds and tried it out. The brisket sandwich was top-notch, the beans delicious and unique, and the sauces worth getting messy fingers for.
